Formed in August 2006, Sullivan County New York’s Sofmoure distributes their alternative rock music for a fun show and enjoyable listening. This 5 person bands positive and exciting energy on stage stimulates the crowd.

Before the development of Sofmoure, Taylor Jardine (lead vocals) and Reggie Ocasio (lead guitar) were an acoustic duo in 2005 performing local shows. After carrying out the duo for about a year, they decided to step it up a notch and start an electric band. They experimented with a few things for a few months and soon assembled something fulfilling. They met up with their friend Bobby Kopp (Rhythm guitar) who was completely interested. In August, the three
began to write. Things were appearing to be steady.

They formed with a few other people and created former band Disarray. Mutually, the band parted. Now, Taylor, Reggie, and Bobby were seeking a new bassist and drummer. Thats when they met drummer Zach Cosentino. The first practice with Zach had instant chemistry and went well. Within the same month they contacted friend and bassist Ben Doland. Sofmoure was created.
