Well, I have been away awhile w a new location now in Tyler Texas and my son and I recorded this cover of Fields of Gold in honor of my Dad and Mom's Anniversary. He left us too soon in 2006. She was thrilled to hear one of their favorite songs... I hope you all enjoy!

I got notification that my songs were climbing the charts nationwide and I had broken the top 100 nationwide. I started this simply to see if people would enjoy my songs. I thought a few would like them and the response has overwhelmed me.
Thanks to you all I am back writing again and hope to get some new tunes up and a possible CD with new and old tunes on it. I will keep you posted!

For over 20 years, Sophia Lynne has been devoted to music. She has been a regular performer on the Grapevine Opry, following a performance in the GMC Country Music Showdown, sang the National Anthem for the Houston Aeros and The Houston Astros. Recording her music with various artists and friends has always been her proudest moments. In her last conversation with her father, who passed in January of '06, Sophia Lynne made a promise to continue her music career. She became more determined following a severe car accident in March of '06, teaching herself to play guitar while working through nerve problems.... She refused to give in to it.
After taking a break from performing live, Sophia has been asked to return to her Band, Black Jack County, now BJC 2.0 and continue the legacy of her brother and friend, Brett Ferguson who passed away in November 2015. Keep your eyes and ears open. She may just be headed your way!
