A BIT OF HISTORY

We kicked off as Soulid in 2000, though three of us had been playing together for years in a former band. Until Raúl became a member of the current line-up we had three different axemen (Quim Muntanyes, Bernat Camacho and Cisco Ordóñez). All of them great pals and musicians to whom we'll always be thankful for all the good times we had together. In our seven years history we've played more than a hundred gigs, some of them in major venues such as Razzmatazz 1 and 2, Salamandra, Mephisto, Bee Good, Fnac (Barcelona), El Ultimo Tren (Cerdanyola), La Vaquería (Tarragona), La Merced (Bilbao), Gibus (Paris) and Havana Cafe (Toulouse). We have as well recorded a couple of covers for tribute albums (A 091 Tribute -Criminal Records, 2002 and Gun Club Tribute -El Beasto Records, 2007). Our show is a hot and electric blend of good old hard and punk rock, always making room for soul and funk vibes. Definitely a must-see.
