About Spiralized

Spiralized is a one-man project founded by Davide Camattari as a composer, producer and sound engineer, in order to have a complete self-production of the group's music.
It's a newly created project, which has its origins in the early ‘90s, with the first experiments with the sampler of the Commodore Amiga, through the first compositions with four tracks-trackers, the first sequencer on the PC, the discovery of soft-synths and the potential for an all-digital production environment; these early experiences, shared with his friend Cristiano under the pseudonym Noir Overlaps, came to fruition in the self-production of tapes remained mostly unpublished and now largely lost; however, there are signs of the activity of Noir Overlaps in two songs that are part of the volumes 1 and 2 of SubElectronica, an italian electronic music compilation published by Betaform in the mid ‘90s.
Life events have unfortunately led to the dissolution and separation of Noir Overlaps, whose Spiralized project has now become the spiritual and conceptual heir.
After several years of compositional inactivity of the founder, the EP Abstract Liquid Elements is the album of the musical renaissance, thanks to a renewed and found inspiration quiescent for a very long time.
It's an EP that has had a difficult genesis, born by remorse and regret, but for this testimony and sincere expression of a troubled soul looking for peace, within a universe of sounds that recall atmospheres due to the references musical inspirers of Spiralized project, such as Kraftwerk primarily, but also electronics seminal groups of the '90s such as Orbital, Orb, Leftfield and Aphex Twin.
Currently the group is involved not only in the composition of new songs, but especially in the organization and planning of the future live performances.
