About State Of The Art

State Of The Art formed in spring 2005 is a Metal Band from Germany not far from Cologne. The Members Jens, Sven, Alex, Peter and Pat are influenced by the nordic metal gods such as The Haunted, In Flames, At the Gates, Hypocrisy aso... They produced their first EP named "Seven Seconds Silence" in 2006 and the second EP " Between life and Existence" followed in 2008. Now, two years later they are recording their third CD which is not ready yet. But listen to the Teaser, "Worthless past experience" to get a first Impression.
A mix of rage, despair and passion, from guitar harmonies in two voices over rough and raw growls to starlit Refrains, that is what defines State Of The Art 2010!!!
