"Cupits Angel"', by Steady is a totally different and cool song. The percussive, unidentifiable instruments accompanied by random effects creates a unique sound that's fun to listen to. I personally think the vocals should be a little louder as they were a little hard to understand and distinguish at times, but the overall sound of the song is different and really cool.

FIRSTLY..I'm having a problem with the QUALITY of this recording..everything sounds a bit to SHINY for me..if its suppose to be Reggae then it DON'T sound like it..and the VOCALS sound like they are BURIED underneath the riddim..I can understand that one is TRYING to create a SOUND but THAT is NOT IT!..it just sound like ur singing over a LOOP..I THINK IF u are REALLY SERIOUS!!!..ur going to have to LEARN about music a little BIT more!..AND put a LITTLE more PASSION into what you are creating..and THAT is my opinion..

Let me begin by letting you know how I will be addressing your song. I review from a commercial standpoint…..which is to say how would your composition fair if you were trying to place your song with an artist or a publishing firm? The other alternative would be you as artist. If that's the case then one either likes or dislikes what you have produced. The track has a nice groove...the rhythm you have set up works well.... If it were me I might consider changing the harmonic structure so there is more chordal development...more ear candy for the listener... Your melody suffers from the same fate....a nice idea melodically....however, too much of one thing allows the listener to drift away from your intended concept. Hard to pick out the lyrics of the song as is.....I listened on a laptop. The voice is buried behind the track...specifically the main loop. Getting an extra set of ears to help your mix balance is always a good idea..... Another possible direction might be to re-visit your favorite artists and listen to how your mix compares to their work....The content / ideas are readily available on multiple streaming services. You have a nice start to a song.....I encourage you to consider a re-write.....never fun but well worth the effort. Good Luck and Keep Writing! RW

Your song is nice but there's a instrament that am hearing that is competing with your voice and drowning out your voice from hearing you clearly . When we as artiste puts out our music to stand against other people's music there is already a comparison set between the artiste in a competing way, so ones own music must not have any instrament the sound that's competing with ones slef by being more reconise in the song than your voice ,cause it's you singing the song not the song singing you. So by having that it brings a unity between you and your instrumentals.

This song is very interesting. I like this ethnic sound, fast a Tibet bell, but it's not so easy to understand really what kind of sound is. There's something to liquid and contemporary too.
