No! Well, maybe. I'm sorry. I signed up for this fabulous new service called 'number one music' and then BOOM! While composing, conducting, social mediaing, cooking, traveling and what not... I forgot about it. Oops. Then today I get an email saying "You've got 160 people on your mailing list." I'm like: "What mailing li... Oh!" So here I am. Groveling. Who do I think I am ignoring you? You've kindly trusted me with your email address, suggested you're interested in my music, my life, or whatever else, and I've casually dismissed you as though I'm Aretha Franklin on her way to a hot dog stand. So, thank you for your interest. Would you like to know what I'm up to? I just conducted the Clearwater Chorus in Bruckner's Te Deum - certainly a challenge for them but they accomplished a great deal. I'm planning to compose 150 new pieces of music by my 50th birthday in 2020. One for each of the Psalms. Lots of people have written lots of music, and some bands have written songs for each of them, but no one person has done it before. I've completed 19 so far.
