These wise words from Kung-Fu-Tzu... (The true ancient "Kung Fu" Master
of the Heart... "Mr, "Confucious" himself... ) form the basis of this now
"classic" piece of work that I got to perform with my "alter eagle", Geezer
(my first-ever "duo" with him) that really is not quite like anything else...
especially that chorus...where it's my turn to sing "with all my heart"...
and Geezer keeps "erupting" with interruptings! But, if you're like me...
you won't mind it one bit! I found it rather endearing. I hope you find
it deeply meaningful and inspiring!

This unique blend of "spoken word" ("Geezer", in the verses) and (my own)
vocal singing(on the chorus) that I'm sharing here... really is quite a unique,

Greetings, my Dear Heart-Journey Partners!

Wow, I thank you "more than words" for
all of your continuing encouraging support!

"This song in me long in me kept" is just
bursting out to be shared with "the world"!

(This song I'm sharing by the above title...was really just one of my
longer, way-rhymin'-est poems...that never sounded quite right to
perform as a poem, though usually I really enjoy doing that...and
yes, I have "volumes" of poems [seven, at last count...they should
be available before long on my soon-to-be relaunched website!]
...but when I put some music to it...even though it's kind of repetitive
...and it doesn't have the usual distinctions of verses and choruses
so much... somehow it still worked, I felt...and just decided to release
it "as is".

I didn't expect it to be so well-received! I'm just so blessed that so
many of you have responded with "raves" about this unique "long-
poem" song... that still tells my story...in a somewhat mystical-poetic
way..and I'm glad so many of you have gotten and delighted in...the
"heart" of this song...and have written me to tell me about it!)

Thank you so much for all of your encouragement...in words, in
sharing with others...and the biggest encouragement and "vote"
you can make, in purchases...of songs...and albums!)

Yes, though I've been a joyful little music-maker all my life, I can
honestly say...I feel I'm getting closer to sharing like I've always
dreamed...very, very soon! I realize I'm quite a "late bloomer",
but I'm blooming more than ever! =grateful-est smile=

Ever since I can remember... well since about age 9...when
I walked around the house finding things to record with my
new little tape recorder...( including seeing what it sounded
like to hear the toilet flush! =grin= ) ...and then graduating
to recording my own little pretend radio commercials and
newscasts onto tape... I know I've wanted to be a "voice"
to bring people a smile...and hopefully bring a "good word"
to uplift them!

And then, over the last eight years or so...since I started
being given poetry during the night...to "sleep-type"...and
then later...working on many new and fresh songs arriving
in much the same "wee hours" way... I had a feeling I was
beginning to prepare to do what I came "here" (to this
odd little planet) to do! =playful grin=

And in 2007 when I walked onto a stage before 300 people
to share "the poem that started it all" , "Divinest View"...I knew
I was doing what I was "born to do"! (Of course, when those
dear people gave me a standing ovation, it helped to "seal"
that sense of purpose. But I hardly even noticed at first that
everyone was leaping to their feet! Why? Because I was so
"in the zone" of my heart-space to deliver what I felt was such
an important message... that it took me a while to come
back out/down to notice their reaction of blissful blessing!)

Hi!

Thank you SO MUCH...for being part of my Inner Circle updates
and Heart-Journey support network...as I continue to create and
share words, music and sound that remind us to stay on track with
our "forever" hearts!

Making use of the often-quoted ancient words from the true K'ung Fu
Master (known as Kung Fu Tzu, K'ung Tzu, etc. We know him as
"Confucious". No, we're not speaking of "martial arts" here, except
maybe in the realms of wisdom...in the "art" of mind and heart.) this
Low-Key (my "Alter- Eagle" Wise Guy "Geezer's" part), yet Passionate
(my part, mostly), "Spoken Word"-Blended Song is a potentially powerful
life-affirmation and reminder for us to encourage each other to really
live "from our heart"!

But...what does that mean exactly? How do you go about living "from the
heart"? Good question! It's one I explore every day! And, sure enough,
little by little, I seem to be catching on to some things! In fact, it seems
to be becoming such a "big deal" for me that I'm even deciding to share
my version of our amazing heart-journey...with "the world"!

How "in the world" could I do that? =grin= Well, it seemed like a crazy
idea at first, but the more I thought about it, the more I realized that's
what I wanted to do: Share "my heart journey" with "the world"! But how?!

Well, I've been making songs and music-blended poetic pieces about this
theme for several years now...(You may recognize some of them: "I'll Listen
to My Heartbeat", "Follow Your Heart", "The Heart of an Eagle in You",
"Living from My Heart", and quite a few others that speak directly of "the
heart". I hope ALL of my creations come from...and speak directly TO...
the heart.) But I can only say so much in a 3 to 5 minute song or a 2 minute
poetic piece, right? Sure, I do my best to say what I can within that tiny
window of opportunity. And there's ALWAYS room for improvement to
do that better. And, in true "artist" fashion, I'm almost "painfully" aware
of this every day. But, while I'm doing my best...to do "real good" at
doing better... a little more every day... =grin= ...how else could I share...
a bit more in-depth?

I could write books. I've done that with the poetry. Seven volumes' worth.
(They'll be available again soon...on my newly re-launched musician site.)
I could write in more detail and depth in a "prose" book...then I might be
recognized as one of the "pros" that share somewhat knowledgeably
about a subject. =grin= And I do plan to be releasing my book about
the Seven Year Cycles of the Soul...hopefully finally this next year.
(I've been working on it...for several years. Quite a bit of research
and exploration of implications of my endlessly fascinating findings.)

But what if I could share in an ongoing way...(blog? online magazine?)
but make it feel even more personal... like we're really connecting...
maybe "live"...or at least feel "live...until we can go "live"!

Well, here's the deal--What I've decided to do! As of December
9th, 2015, I will be the most gratefully-delighted host of a brand new
online "podcast" radio show..."SPIRIT SKIES"! It's part of a brand new
radio station...and budding network... (expired link) (you
can find me on the event host page...at the bottom right...) that is launching
December 4th, 2015. It's based in Cleveland, OH, USA (as "quantum mind-
fulness radio") but will be "podcast" worldwide...so many of you who are in
other countries...can hear my voice...sharing a "good word" ..."from the heart"
...with songs, poetic pieces and some "heart-talk" any day you choose!

(grazie mille!" to my growing number of fans in Italy! I know you love LOVE...
and songs about love. Maybe that's why you seem to LOVE my music. I am
so very very grateful! "Spero di venire a vedere voi un giorno!")

But I have no desire to "just talk". Or "just play music". Or "just share" some
poetic lines. Although I plan to do all these...and MUCH MORE! What do I
mean by "much more"? Well...the ideas and excitement are growing every
day!

For one thing, "Geezer" (my "Alter Eagle" Wise Guy and "Hired Self")
who you hear joining me in this song, "Where Ever You Go" will also
be joining me in the show on a regular basis...as my most delightful
and amazing, quite intuitive and insightful psychic side-kick! =grin=

And "Tweezer" (my ever-singing, and sound-effects-creating "winner child) ,
who you may recognize from "Awaken to Love" and "The Way of the Heart"
from my recent "Awaken" album, will be joining me in his own special way!
So far he never "just says"...or speaks...anything! He just seems to enjoy
making many "musical quotes" from many well-known and not-so well-known
songs from others that may just "pop into" his head at the most interesting
moments during the show! And, of course, he might just get "famous" for
those intriguing sound effects of his! =grin=

And there will be others. Each of them "voices" from my "inner landscape"...
as I seek to make some sense of this "Journey for My Heart"! (See my album
by that title!) Some will come and go...only making "cameo" appearances.
Some will hopefully stick around to keep the ongoing "heart-to-heart"
conversations all the more interesting!

And all of this...laced with quite a bit of music and passionate poetic lines...
that hopefully will be a "good word" to give you a lift in your day! All of these
will be available on the network above...anytime...as freshly added content
and then as archives...(along with...so far...over 30 other hosts...many of
whom I can hardly wait to hear myself!)

Now...at first...I plan to create these... only EVERY OTHER WEEK... but if I get
enough support and encouragement back from enough of you... I hope to event-
ually go to a WEEKLY show. So YOU get to decide. I love to bring YOU words
and music that I hope will encourage and uplift you! And, with enough of YOUR
encouragement... I can do even more...hopefully much more! But first... it's
important that I establish a good fan-base and following...with the "every other
week" format. Then if you help me "spread the word" about my show... then...
maybe...just maybe... I'll get to share even more... hopefully EVERY week!

And as WE grow "OUR SHOW"...because I hope you feel that you are helping
to create this with me... (I know I can't do it without many of you joining me!)...
I hope to be able to expand with this growing network... and as I establish a
solid fan base and following for the show... to also invite other heart-sharing
musicians and other heart-journey aware people to join me on my show...
and also possibly even go "live" with them for you someday!

It's a song I wrote waaay back in 2008, but I re-recorded it in 2014. Yes, I'm
just now releasing it...(It is set to be included on my "upcoming" Awaken Again"
album...as a "sequel" to my "Awaken to Love" one I released this past summer.

ever you "hang" your heart...not necessarily your hat
...is where your home is! And this "spoken word" piece

helpful and surprisingly comforting reminder of what's
most important in matters of the heart.

There's no other place, after all, where, ultimately, WE
have the "say" in what goes on there, what is invited in
there, and what is allowed to stay on there. Maybe that's
why "the Geeze" reminds us of "the Light" that we're
encouraged to "leave on" there. Maybe there's a
welcome that only we can provide for ourselves,
and for anyone else we would invite there...
a welcome that would help make it be
"the one place guaranteed" that we can be most
"at home"...no matter what else is going on around us.

So WELCOME HOME! Welcome home to YOUR heart.
That place that we hear sung about so often, but seem
to know so little about. All we know is we get our heart
"broken" and so we tend to be protective of it. So much
so, we end up not "going there" much ourselves! Then
we end up staying "in our head"...which usually just gets
us in more trouble than ever! Not that we have to divide
our heads and hearts and all our other parts into nice,
neat little categories...all separate from each other.
There's plenty of "crossover" it seems where they all
integrate in someway with our other parts.

But somewhere in there is our hearts. The part of us
that cares most deeply and knows what it knows in ways
that seems to be far beyond our usually more rational way
of thinking or cautious way of feeling. That's the part of us
that so often seems to get "lost in the shuffle". And that's
the part of us that, if we make friends with it, seems to be
the place we can actually be most "at home". That is, if
we can "leave the light on". And make it a place where
we'll feel most at ease.

That's what this "spoken word" piece is about. I didn't
really expect it to be so well-received. The message is
deeper than most. And it's a "spoken word" piece, after
all. And they tend to be a bit more low-key than the
vocal songs. But it's been surprisingly warmly received!
So...who knows? Maybe you'll find it to be a "good word"
that speaks to you...and gives you a "lift" as well!

If it serves as a nice little reminder to "leave the light on" in
your heart...and focus a little more on what's going on there...
and keeping it more real than ever...then maybe the creation
of this heartfelt recording would be rewarded. Or a sale or
two of the album it's from...or some of the songs from it.

Heart-Journey Partners

Okay, so I did something very different on this song that I don't usually do!
Although EVERYTHING I share in my music and music-infused Spoken Word
pieces ...really is "Straight from the Heart"...so, in some way, is biographical,
I guess. But the story in this song is over-the-top in its BIO-ness! =grin=

From back to a time in my life when I would...
"Dream of a day when he would share his words with the world who
might just believe a fraction of the way that she believed in all the best...
she could see in him from the start, and kept finding ways to bless..."

And although it's somewhat about my journey...it's mostly about someone
on my path who has been more of a friend...in the truest, deepest sense...
than I could ever fully express in words. But this song "came through" as
a tiny way to "scratch the surface" of worlds of gratitude I have for her...
and to try to honor her amazingly gracious and loving presence in my life.

She has been "the one constant" in my life...through hundreds of changes...
and so much growth and expansion and restructuring and regrouping that
have been a constant part of my own journey. Yet she has always "been
there" for me, and I truly am "beyond words" grateful for her...and her
"Crazy Good Love". It's beyond explanation. It's just a "soul friendship"
that defies description.

But I just "had to" put a few words together to celebrate this most amazing
bond and blessing that I've known for about a decade now....and I couldn't
be more thankful!

Admittedly, this ONE VERSE (so far)
song...is a bit longer...and a bit heavier
(just at the beginning) than most of my
songs...as it addresses a very serious issue
that many face on a daily basis--that of PTSD,
or Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.

It was inspired by a couple I know who face
this huge "monster" together every day...and
through their beautiful commitment to each
other...I was reminded of something I already
knew, but was so inspired to recall...that
"A Heart Full of Love's an Amazing Thing"!

Now, as planned, I'm writing other verses about
other people who have crossed my path...and
have reminded me by their truly "amazing" examples
and lives... what "A Heart Full of Love" looks like.
They should be appearing on upcoming albums...
before long--so "stay tuned"!

Each of these ONE VERSE songs will share the
same chorus...to remind us of this truth. I do hope
each of them are as well-received and uplifting as
this one seems to be for many of you!

What the --?! Well, think about it! Who can better bring a bit of cheer than
a PERCHY, CHIRPY BIRD? I mean...all they know is their one...or two or
three...or five...little notes... and they sing them over and over (and on
some days...if you're too close to one "extra chirpy" one...for too long...
it could drive you a bit batty! (Perhaps not so unlike someone's who's a bit
--or more--"off key" in their "shower singing" you may be subjected to! =grin= )

But still, you've got to admit... knowing what yours song is ...and singing
it with all you've got...is a good thing! And, with any luck, other birds will
join in...and between every one...maybe sort of an orchestration starts to
happen! (Now all we need is a conductor! =grin= )

Well, here's a CHIRPY little song I wrote that is about sharing even just
A LITTLE BIT OF LIGHT around...that might cheer us all up a bit. And
if we all join in (not so unlike all the little birds...each one with their one
or two little notes to share...) maybe we can create a much "brighter"
world!

Okay...so there are different verses here...about different people I've
met along the way that remind me of HOW SWEET IT IS...to spread
A LITTLE BIT OF LIGHT around! But it's on the "CODA"...the last
part...after the verses and choruses...that you get to hear my actual
Birdly Buddies... sharing their CHORUS--JUST FOR YOU! Sweeet,
huh?

I had SO MUCH FUN recording this! But it wasn't easy getting
ALL THOSE BIRDS TO AGREE TO JOIN MY RECORDINGS!

Annnnd...getting each of them to SIGN THOSE RELEASE FORMS!
Sheesh! Do you know how crazy-hard that is?!! Hmmmm?!

Do you know what it's like for them to try get their tiny birdly claws
around one of my pens...and to have them initial all those CLAUSEs
in the contract?! Not an easy...um, FEET, I assure you!!
=silly-acious grin=

Anyway...I hope you enjoy this simple, "upbeat", and rather catchy
little tune! And I hope it sticks in your head...and won't let you go...
till you're reminded...to spread A LITTLE BIT OF LIGHT around
everywhere you go!

I mean, what do you do with a Lovable, Down-to-Earth, "Folksy"
Wise Man / Wise Guy (known by many as "Geezer"...and as my
"Alter Eagle") who loves to interject his surprising insights into
your songs...at what usually seems to be...some of the least
appropriate moments...but sometimes...it's just too "right on"
to ask 'im to tone it down...or leave! In fact, this time, I feel
like he may have really "nailed it"! Well, in a fairly audacious,
zesty, spicy sort of way!

I mean, I had this perfectly nice song called, "WHERE EVER
YOU GO"...and I thought the verses fit him "to a tee", so I let
him "do" the "spoken word" verses...upon the condition that he
let me sing the chorus. Well, he agreed, but then... he seemed
to get all excited...and interject and interrupt throughout the
chorus! Yikes! What's a singer-songwriter to do...when one
of his trusty "side-kicks" gets a bit out of hand?!

Well, if it's good...and all the indications are that bunches of my
listeners and fans feel the same way...YOU JUST GO WITH IT!

What else can you do...when it's a song called,
WHERE EVER YOU GO...GO WITH ALL YOUR HEART!

Well, you kind of really need to...
just GO WITH YOUR HEART! =blissful grin=

So that's what I did!

I hope YOU like it! I was really surprised that so many people
gave this one a "hearty"-thumbs-up! And it really does "tickle"
me down deep...to know that so many people are diggin' it!

'Specially since it's an enriching, uplifting and meaningful song!
Well, at least I think so... and a few hundred other people seem
to agree. I sure hope it "grabs" you too...like it did me the first time...
this lovable character so "rudely" interrupted my "perfectly" good chorus!

Here's a little "a Capella" Smooth Harmony Vocals and "Spoken Word" -
Blended piece... that I recorded a few years back. I listen to it sometimes
to remind me to stay with the GRATITUDE ATTITUDE-- especially on some
days when it's not EZ! Annnnd...over the years, I've noticed that a few
thousand other people seemed to enjoy listening to it too...and from time
to time requested it!

I guess it's helpful to have a nice little reminder...and it's fairly smooth to
listen to...and might just give your spirit a little "lift"...maybe right when
you could "use" one! =hopeful smile= And ever since I posted it here on
Number One Music a couple of weeks ago... it seems that a few hundred
more of you have listened to it...and quite a few of you have given it your
"thumbs up" FAVE Heart-Marks!

Now, in the "grand" scheme of things...it seems that...out of the dozen or
so songs I've uploaded there so far... It's one of the lower-rated ones (and
"spoken word" pieces usually are), but I've been pleased to see that it's still
done quite well. But MOST IMPORTANTLY... I hope that it has helped
MANY of you to stay in some GLAD-ITUDE a bit more than you would
otherwise!

The style of this one's very different than most of my other Vocal Music or
"Spoken Word" pieces, but the message is similar to many of them. And
so...if you like the idea of listening to a song that reminds you to be grateful
...or to look on the bright side, or maybe even take in "the big picture" of the
wide-open "blue sky" spaces of "infinite" possibilities...then maybe...about the
time you're starting to get a bad case of the "bad news blues"... maybe...just
maybe...you could check out some of my other vocal music and music-blended
spoken word pieces...and "feel the lift" there as well!

good Chorus! =grin= But he was so irresistible in his "zest" and
lovable audacity...I decided to leave him on the recording! If you listen,
maybe you'll see why...and I hope you agree! There's nobody
quite like 'im! =jolly grin= )

Annnnd...a song that is still available as a FREE DOWNLOAD...
on my page on Number One Music... that is one of my recent, most
popular ones, is called "THE SUN STILL SHINES". It might also
prove to be a gentle reminder...to look for "the Sun of Love" that

Hi!

I can't thank you enough for all of the "Likes" / "Thumbs up" / "Heart-marks" /
"Favorite" VOTES...Annnnnnd... for all the help in spreading the word about
my music and spoken word / music blends!

And for the enthusiastic fan mail you've sent me raving about some of the
songs that really spoke to you...and gave you a smile and a lift! That means
so much to hear how you're using them to give you an "upbeat" moment, or
a thoughtful reminder of something you know deep in your heart is true, but
one of my songs brought it back to you, and you remembered to "stay on track"
with your heart! I can't tell you how much that means to me to know you have
gotten much enrichment in heart and mind from listening to them!

That's what I had hoped they would do. I write what I like to hear and
encourage myself, but I never know if others will feel the same about the
messages of the songs...unless I see the "likes" or get the fan mail. But
you have gone "over the top" in your support of my music...and I am so
deeply blessed and encouraged by your enthusiasm and most helpful
support! It always stretches me to write so much about the heart. It's
often not easy to be so honest in such a public way, but I know it's
essential that I share what's true for me, and hope that some others
will feel the same.

But with the recent uploads to Number One Music...of SONG IN ME
LONG IN ME (SIMLIM Kept)...SLEEPIN' BEAUTY and SWEET
POSSIBILITIES... I was overwhelmed at all of the enthusiasm and
support for them! SIMLIM is a "rambling", goes-on-and-on song that
is SO NOT a "radio play" kind of song with short verses and choruses!
It just kind of rambles on. But maybe when you listen to it you can see
why I didn't wish to "chop" it into nice little verses and choruses, although
it sort of has some divisions, but it tells a story, there's a progression, and
it kinds of builds up into a crescendo, a conclusion, so I felt that it "worked".

But the message is kind of "loaded". It's got so much packed in, it's not easy
to follow. It's like just putting music to one of my many "spoken word" pieces.
And the melody repeats itself--a lot! And the lyrics are so rhymey (but any of
you who know my "spoken word" pieces [Like ONLY YOU CAN LEAVE THE
LIGHT ON or SKY VIEWS, UP HIGH VIEWS, etc.] know that I do enjoy my
time in the rhyme! =grin= ) and it's "just me and my guitar"...nothing else--
very "unplugged"!

I hesitated to share it with you, but so many of you have "spoken" by your
Heart-Mark "votes"...that...along with the other, shorter, less "rambling" songs,
you enjoy this too! It totally surprised me, and let me know that I can have
much more freedom than I thought...in my writing style. It's not so much about
"radio play" or other media-driven popularity contests. It's what I share...from
my heart...that matters most, and you have responded with an overwhelming
"YES"! to some of these songs which may not be in nice, neat little boxes, but
"just me"...sharing, sharing, sharing....from my heart, heart, heart!

THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

Annnnnd... I wasn't sure if you'd take a liking to my "Alter Eagle"
Wise Man, "Geezer"...or my "Winner Child", "Tweezer". (Like
"GO WITH ALL YOUR HEART", My "Duet" with "Geezer", or
"AWAKEN TO LOVE", My Debut Performance of "Tweezer").
They are the exception to my usual songs, but I feel they provide
a nice variety, and seem to satisfy my love of acting and performance
beyond just singing. These are part acting, part singing, part "channeling"
that I do for fun....but yet, they seem to be just the right "persona" for each
of the songs / spoken word they perform....and carry the message much
further than if I were to do them "as me". Yet here again...you've given
VERY HIGH ratings to them!

Maybe you'll be glad with me... that this "SONG IN ME LONG IN ME"
...although, yes, it's a bit "long"... is no longer KEPT IN me! I hope so!
