Steve Norris is a singer/songwriter from Helena, Alabama who has played around the Birmingham/Tuscaloosa area since the mid 90’s. Steve first started strumming during high school. His new CD is titled "I Just Can’t Help Myself" and includes some of Birmingham’s best musicians and singers. His debut CD, Tributes to Family and Friends, was released in January, 2002 (Tributes).

He has played at clubs, coffee houses and festivals throughout Alabama and Tennessee. In 2016 Steve was awarded Best Folk and Americana song by The Akademia Music Awards for “All Those Years Ago”.
