This year has been a tough one , medical issues and what not, but now i am feeling much better. I certainly hope your year has been a great one. My song "Harry and Rosie" is one I wrote and composed many years ago. I have always loved this song not for the style but because of a message I think this generation of young folks are missing, but longing for. Unending total dependent, monogamous , enduring a lifetime of love between couples. The kind my grandpa and grandma had. Grandpa loved my Grandma so much that even though his body was racked with exstensive cancer throughout his abdomen, he took care of my grandmother who had suffered from a stroke and was completely paralyzed . He would carry her from inside the house outside to a patio chair where she would do what she loved to do. Watch him working in the yard and garden. He lived to be 84, and 6 months after his passing she left to be with him. And thats who this song is written about, although the names are not theirs , it is still their song and my tribute to their kind of love for each other.

Throughout my lifetime i have learned that I am able to do anything I put my mind to, including my passion "music". And that is all good. But the thing about any kind of art is the artist has to keep one thing in the forefront of their minds is of course the people who will look at, listen to, or ultimately benefit from the creation of their fans. It is you my fans and subscribers that gives me the ability to keep moving forward, fine tuning my craft, and keeps me focused. In other words I recieve from you the greatest gift, and I dont take anything you say lightly.
So i thank you again, and will continue to do so, for all of your beautiful kind wondeful words, thoughts and of course your "listens". You will never know how good that makes me feel. So may your days be filled with great adventures and fortune , your nights with beautiful heavenly dreams. And your hearts filled to over flowing with love.

I thank you and appreciate you and all of you kind words and encouragements. I will be posting a different song this week. And then down the road I will be posting more, trading off one for the one that doesnt get listened to that much.
I am in the studio alot working a making new songs. IT means the world to me to get feed back from my fans as well as your precious e-mails. I am glad you like the music i have made. I hope life is treating everyone of you well , with happiness and above all wonderful LOVE !!
IF any of tyou are curious about my "stage name " I will tell you what it means. MY name is Steven Doherty, in the centuries before my ancestors left Ireland , they used to have an "O" before their last names, so the "O'D" is what that means, and the "XS3" is from the words "Me , Myself, And I, as in I am the miusicians lol. I thought that might interest you lol.
