"You" by STX opens with a spherical, long intro that sets a mood. The track is a blend of rock and electronica, tinged with a psychedelic vibe. The melody, however, tends to be a bit too monotone, with too many repetitions, which may affect its overall appeal. The female singer delivers a strong performance, showcasing a good tone range. Unlike traditional rock, this song lacks a clear verse-chorus structure, which might not sit well with all listeners. On the upside, the mixing is well-done, highlighting each element effectively.

Good Quality recording, very good vocals. keyboards are very space sounding and well played, like the guitar in the background mostly. Drums keep good beat for the song, not sure if programmed or real, sound good either way.

Upon your very first listen to the fabulous "You" by Stirling, Scotland's STX - you cannot help but to be deeply impressed by the band's musical ability, as well as the song's clever songcraft and inspired production values. While the musical influences of STX are fairly evident, this band has definitely got it's own unique sound. Highly recommended, looking forward to hearing more from this great band!

I'd like to start off by saying damn! This song right from the beginning snatched my attention and instantly got me interested enough to immediately make this one of my new favorite tracks from this site! Right from the beginning, the intro and the long buildup to the outstanding vocals, every bit of this song rocks in my opinion! New fan here! SOB Thislife

Let's just say I really enjoyed your idea here. From ethereal to a pulsing hi hat groove and then into your vocals. Nicely done. Wasn't sure whether your vocals are just loops dumped in or if you actually had a real singer. Either way, they fit well through most of the piece but eventually started to become too much repetition. I'd suggest adding another line or dropping some of them later in the groove and add a bit more instrumentation to embellish it. All in all though, you have a good groove going on here. Keep them coming. Would love to hear more of where you're going with you music. Good luck and keep writing!

Very nice combination of styles and genres here, and very atmospheric. I particularly like the sharp contrast between the hard and driving drum pattern and the tender lead voice. The intro reminds me a bit on Pink Floyds "Dark side". All in all I am not very used to this kind of electronical music, so I won't comment on technical issues. Anyway the production sounds full and bright. Good to listen to, even if it might be a bit long with 05:40. But I've heard boring songs with a length of 03:40, and I wasn't bored with this one at all. Well done.

NICE DREAMY KEYBOARD OPENING MORPHING INTO SOME SYNTH RYTHMS THEN SOME SURPRISING VERY GOOD VOCALS FROM THESE GUYS WELL PRODUCED SONG!!I LIKE THE VARIOUS SOUND EFFECTS UNDERPINNING THE TRACK AS YOU ARE TAKEN THROUGH THE VARIOUS SOUNDSCAPES WOULD LIKE TO HEAR A FEW MORE LYRICS AND A MUSICAL CHANGE,OTHERWISE GREAT EFFORT!!
