The traditional style southern track is dope. The production is well done and mixed well. your definitely on a good path with your song writing skills,just need to set yourself apart from your influences a little more. I would like to start by saying that you chose a great instrumental. I feel that the sound leveling could have been more crisp with the final mix. The chorus for the song is catchy so thats a good thing, I dont have a problem with your flow or your delivery i just truly have no idea what you are talking about in the first verse of the song its hard to follow its like you're just rambling on. i listened to it twice before writing this review and im really only clear on the chorus and the second verse so my critique would be for you to just go rewrite the first verse, and to have it mixed more clearer.

Sounds pretty good. The beat is a MONSTER.!!. But the vocals are hella loud ~ it almost hurts to listen to the song played loud. A better mix is needed to get the most out of this track.!

And what i mean by that is the quality of your recording is extremely sub par. I cant even begin to want to enjoy the song with all the distortions. I only say this because i struggled with it too for YEARS. Great songs being overlooked because of the quality of the recording. You've got to find a way to get a better quality recording if you want to compete. If you're recording yourself you tube some tutorials and try your best to get it to match industry songs. With all that being said. I feel like if i could hear the track I would like it. Beat sounds like it could be dope, and when you started flowing after the hook I was hooked (no pun intended). The song does sound very professional, the beat sounded like something i would hear on the radio and your vocals are crisp and clear. It was a longer song but i never grew tired of it and appreciated how the beat and your flow changed at the end. That was a nice change up. You have that new school type of style and even though i am not interested in that music i cant say this is a bad song. It feels like something i would hear on the radio when hanging out with friends. The hook was catchy and the verses flowed really nicely with the beat. Overall, its a fun song to hear, keep it up.
