Mini Bio:
Formed in 1998 by Mickey Lyons (Guitar and Vocals), Andy Patton (Bass) & Sean Crosby (Drums) -Sunday Afternoon (previously known as The Sunday Afternoon Trio) started playing the local outlying Metro Detroit bar scene. Rebirthed with the addition of guitarist Eric Barbee in 2008 and 2014 saw the inclusion of a co-vocalist in Stephanie Barbee . The bands original sound was a mixture of modern rock, space fuzz, and experimentation in the likes of Pink Floyd, Clutch, Led Zeppelin, Smashing Pumpkins, Sly & The Family Stone, Janes Addiction & Afghan Whigs.

The Bands discography includes the release of
“SUNDAY AFTERNOON” a self-titled debut ALBUM independently in 1998,
“The GREEN TEA CHRONICLES” in 1999,
“PESSIMIST CAFÉ” in 2001, and
“The ESCALATOR Maxi Single” in June of 2010.
