The energy and sarcasm of punk rock + the deepness and boogie of blues + the fun of rock ‘n roll + the melody and harmony of Brazilian music = SUPERGALO = Brazilian Rock Music... It started as discharge for anger and a desire to rediscover the fun of playing rock ‘n roll. It was October 2005 when Alf phoned Fred asking if he would like to have a new start, a new band… Epic punk… Extreme and ironic on one side, deep lyrics and music on the other… At the time both of them were playing in Raimundos, one of the most important rock bands in Brazilian music history, but they had many influences that didn’t match the sound… Before Raimundos, Alf had been in such bands as Rumbora, in which he sang and played the guitar and the bass, released 3 albums (produced the third) with several rock hits in Brazil and played, among many other important facts, in Rock in Rio 3… And Câmbio negro, one of the biggest rap groups on that particular scene in Brazil, in which he played the bass...
