Progressive Rock Band Reaching Revery takes the listener through an emotional journey, blending the precise dynamic drumming of Jordan Henry, the melodic rhythmic bass of Tin Nguyen, the lyrical inventiveness of Phil Berger's guitar. As of March of 2016, the band is introducing the newest member of the family, front man and vocalist, Joe Murphy, residing all the way from Melbourne, Australia. Stylistically,Reaching Revery's music is diverse and creative, making the band a powerful live dynamo.

Combining all the elements of their varying influences, Reaching Revery makes every live show an experience... drawing from a wide range of sounds that can be identified in bands such as Porcupine Tree, Alter Bridge, RUSH, Led Zeppelin, and Queen.

The group has performed over 100 local shows, including the Brutiful Metal Festival in Louisiana. Reaching Revery has also had the privilege of opening up for the legendary Dug Pinnick of the Texas Poundation at Juanitas, located in Little Rock, Arkansas. Reaching Revery has also performed at the 2015 South By South West (SXSW) music festival in Austin, Texas, with special guest and violinist, Bridgid Bibbens of Trans-Siberian Orchestra.

Reaching Revery’s first studio album entitled Fearless, features 75 minutes of music, including a 30 minute track entitled, "We Won't Be Replaced," bringing out the bands intense progressive side. All keyboards heard on the album are credited to the talented John Clancy.

With Joe Murphy’s vocals in place, the band is looking to release the newly recorded album “Fearless,” on a large scale, and take on a heavy touring schedule in promoting it. The music was Recorded at Ardent Studios, the Memphis based studio recognized for working with artist's such as Led Zeppelin, ZZ Top, BB King, and many more.
