Walking in his footsteps in the Sweet Delta Dawn:
Deeply inspired by the Grateful Dead, at this show, Sweet Delta Dawn honors the legendary band and their music with a special tribute concert. In keeping with the spirit of The Grateful Dead, Sweet Delta Dawn jams from one song into the next and back again. Seamlessly blending songs together throughout a setlist, to invoke a unique musical experience with each performance. Often, like The Dead, they leave room for exploratory, textural, spacey soundscapes. “One amazing musical tapestry,” states The Brink Lounge. Sweet Delta Dawn bassist Jeff Clarke says, “We LOVE The Grateful Dead!” “They’ve paved the way and helped to create a scene where Jam Bands can flourish. They’ve had a positive influence on so much, not only in music but the in the world. It’s 50 years later and they’re still jamming, it’s really a beautiful thing. This 4th of July event is a direct tribute to The Dead. We hope to see YOU there!” There will be an interactive oil projector, remote controlled LED lights on stage, good vibes, and kind folks.

Pine Travelers create original music that combines the gritty Americana of outlaw country, folk, and bluegrass with old school funk rave-ups and roots rock & roll.
Based in Madison, WI, Pine Travelers have played close to 300 shows in 7 states since their inception in 2013, including Wisconsin, Illinois, Colorado, Texas, Minnesota, Michigan, and Iowa. In addition to playing notable Madison venues like High Noon Saloon and The Crystal Corner, the band has also held a monthly residency at Alchemy, a favorite venue on Madison's east side, for a year.
The group's songs allow for a dance-able, energetic live show paired with honest, meaningful lyrics reflecting their northern midwest roots. Pine Travelers hope their music reflects their modest, hard-working values: rural values meshed with urban sensibility; engaging sets of rustic roots music with a funky modern twist.
They've also performed fresh and exciting sets at quality festivals including: Midwest Music Festival (MN), People Fest, Steel Bridge Songfest, Moondance Bluegrass Fest, Ifdakamp Festival, and Toodeloo Shakedown Fest, sharing the stage with acts like Particle, Horseshoes & Hand Grenades, Pert Near Sandstone, Evergreen, and many more. The group also just released their debut self titled album last month, and will be on tour throughout the summer in support of it! Audio, tour dates, video, and more can be found at the links below!
