Deeply inspired by the Grateful Dead, Sweet Delta Dawn honors the legendary band and their music with this special tribute show. (~);} FlowPoetry is straight up spoken word performance. One man one mic. These are poems and stories woven together reflecting themes of the American music festival experience. Flowpoetry's progressive and chill approach to spoken word jam transcends boundaries and interlaces shared storytelling and poetic vibration into a communal and collective consciousness that unifies the ancient and future as one. Desmond Jones is a five-piece funk/rock/jazz fusion band from Grand Rapids, Michigan. With original music written to compliment the group's sound as a whole, the music is centered around melodic guitar riffs, smooth bass lines, funky drum beats, and soulful saxophone. They're hitting the road for the first time ever and can't wait to play Madison! We're having a RAFFLE!!! We will be having a raffle on the night of the concert for some really awesome prizes!
