Sydwell Beziek was born on the 21st of July 1980 in Malmesbury, Western Cape, South Africa. He cut his teeth for singing in Church, School and Community Choirs. He then Blossomed from Choir Member to Solo Vocalist. He further developed his skills for singing at the La Musique School of performing Arts, and evolves under the watchful eyes of his late Vocal Couch Andrew Strauss. Versatile Sydwell Loves Belting out Soul/R&B anthems, Pop Classics and Spiritual Songs. He also achieved many Achievements on national and international stages. To Name a Few: Sydwell as in 2013, performed as one of the Main Artist, at the Kuier Magazine Krismas Show at the Paarl (expired link) sang and shared the stage with (expired link) Top Selling Male Recording Artist in Afrikaans Music Kurt Darren, (expired link) Idol Winner Karin Kortjie, (expired link) Talent runner up, Mady, Cape Town Star Allister Isobel, Gospel Great Ivan Swiegelaar , Trevino Keys and Band and many more. 2012, Sydwell performed at the Suidooster Music Festivals, Kuier ‘S Hart2Hart Show, which was held at the Arts cape Piazza, at the Burger RSG Tent. Sydwell performed with the Band N2,(expired link) Karin Kortjie,(expired link) Talent Runner up,Mady and Cape Town Starlet, Felicity Kiran.2010 – 2011 Sydwell self released his first ever Single Cd,called (expired link) also produced the show Yebo, and toured in and around various towns in the Western Cape region. He also launched his own Talent Competition, called Global Spotlight Talent Search, Witch mounted in a huge success to set the platform for local performers in and around Cape Town. Sydwell plans to host this Competition Annually as 2013 was its 3rd year.2009 Sydwell was named the Over All Winner at the the Winelands/Barnyard Theatre’s Talent Search Competition.2008,Sydwell was part of the Top 30 Best Singers in South Africa to Compete on the TV Program on SABC 2,’s I want to sing Gospel Singing Competition.2005 – 2007 Sydwell performed in Palma De Mallorca,Menorca and Ibiza, Spain performing and producing variety tribute Show’s.2001 Sydwell won Gold at The South African Championships of performing Arts, where he was chosen to represent South Africa at the World Championships of Performing Arts held in Los Angeles USA. 1998 Sydwell started his professional music career as a singer, songwriter, producer and Talented performer.
