Do you think that bribery and corruption would work? How are you me beloveds?
Sometimes having a long name, or a long band page name, can be quite upsetting when you want to create web pages with a URL to share on other websites, on say, face book? a maximum of 32 characters. Did a count on mine, my name alone without all the Christian middle names thrown in, makes 20 characters, that's without the http:// stuff and the www at the end of it. The aging process, one then thinks that the name is the easiest to remember. Does not work with promoting your ideas for social service. Shorter means sweeter. Found to my dismay that the youtube subscribers, though the page has been viewed by over 47,000 people, has only 200 subscribers. I have 49 subscribers when last I looked. You need 100 subscribers to change your URL to a shorter one, and it is once only. So I followed a suggestion about getting 2000 subs without paying for it, had a power failure and bombed out on completing the process because while watching his video with absolute avidity, I forgot to subscribe. . If you do like someone's methods and they work for you, a bit of appreciation in subscribing would help that chap,not only to motivate him/her (chappie for the female? ha ha), into making more stuff that is helpful, but also gets their brain boxes working on your behalf.
I hope you availed yourself of the download "Electrolyte". This is a spoof on "missed opportunities" for those of you who would like to start your home businesses. The ideas were "genuine" and in practice in my home, inventions abound from water systems to new materials used which were "unthinkable" by the average individual who isn't a risk taker. I am. The attitude is "I pay to get shoddy workmen, so I may as well take a risk, cos I am going to paying someone in any case!" Find this rather hilarious, though the Bank Managers beg to differ.
Anyway, the spoof.. Be inventive. You may not make music, but making money is an open option, plus freedom of course. Starved often, and slept on floors, so I know. Now bribery and corruption... what can I give anyone as a means of getting the 100 subscribers? You let me know. Bribery is not a dirty word, you work for someone and they expect you to perform? A good simile, on that thought for the day, it is almost 1 am on the 14th of July and I am taking advantage of an internet that works when it normally does not. I love you all.
