LOVE YOUR sound, song presentation, vocals. It has a relaxing yet vibrancy of energy. Vocals are clean & clear. Recording is clean as well. It is the presentation of vocal variance that gives the song the desire to keep listening.

"Return to the Sea" Review

It has been a while since I've heard a song on N1M that I like. I like this. It's a pretty cool song. The vocals are really good. I think some organ or piano would sound really nice in this song. I would listen to this band. Thanks for sharing with me. Keep on making good music.

Nice alternative Tune

Great production sounds... superb voice... all in all a very intensive song. Interesting instruments played with all emotions needed. It's got a very special mood, with a less hookline than I would expect.

Yearning and Pain

I feel a Death Cab for Cutie pain and yearning in the bones of this track. Resignation, and acceptance as well. I love the harmonica, set against the mandolin and acoustic guitar. The voice is set perfectly in the track. The bass grounds the menace, and the drums are played with a percussionists ear for lyricism. Return to the Sea breathes, and exhales- a comfort in loss.

Tall As Trees song Return To The Sea caught my curiosity and interest because both are interesting titles. Also liked the image of the three palm trees with the blue sky and celestial image of the sun or moon. All this before listening to the band or song. My point is I was already captured and captivated. Return To The Sea offers an inside look at life fleeting away longing to move on back from where we came. Excellent unpredictable and mystical musical arrangement. WFJS...Scott

A quirky and original composition. A very solid and warm voice over a simple but effective acoustic guitar pattern with some unusual and interesting chord progressions. Mix this with a nice melodic chorus, an excellent recording and mix, harmonica to create a very professional package. A well crafted and interesting song with a very modern sound. Relaxed and chilled sound whilst keeping my attention with interesting vocal melodies and words. I loved it....I will definitely add this to my favourites, it's the kind of music I listen to over and over again...I don't like to review stuff I don't like...but this was great! Well done, please write more like this!!

Great tune!! The vibe, the message, the overall structure of the song was beautifully done. Really like the chord change and the melody most of all. Great voice too! I could so hear this on the radio right now, it was absolutely wonderful. Who ever does the song writing should be commended. I also thought the production was also well done. You have a great going on here guys keep producing powerful music like this and you will see powerful results!

This song starts out good right out of the shoot. One of the first songs I've heard on here in a long long time that was was nicely mixed and mastered. The mix is especially nice. Overall the song is nice constructed and you can hear everything as it should be, nothing leaps out and sounding out of place. The lyrics are good and does paint the picture as any good song should. I was quite fond of what appears to a major to minor change that happens several times in the song. Giving this tune some serious thumbs up! Dean Ulmer

I will come back! Wow, I love your music.

That was so accomplished and a joy to listen to. I hope that our musical escapades become as gorgeous as yours are now.. Much admiration and of course you have what is a whole band behind you. Davina from the Fluffy Bullets. x

The lyrics are very enticing--kind of sad but I like them. The music grooves to a nice waltz tempo which fits the lyrics. The song is well recorded and the vocals are excellent. This song had me pondering about life and death, good for my mood today. good stuff

Bonito

Enhorabuena.

I liked the song.Nice playing and mixing. It had a few twist and turns. If any thing was off I would say the kick drum didn't sound quite right but I listened on headphones. All in all a nice job.

Lilting lyrics and melody. Grand sound thruout. Big sound thx to the haunting harmonica. Vocals are unique and spot on. If youve ever wondered where you came from, this might enlighten you.
