Quote by a world famous artist, said when hearing her sing backstage after his
concert.

In 1995, as a nine year old, Tanya entered the theatre stage. She hasn't left stage
since. But after a few years she changed acting to singing.
It all started with school production of the musical “Grease” where Tanya surprised
everyone, including her mother and father, by showing that she was born to sing.

She took every opportunity to be creative singing Euro pop, gospel and sing in
different bands, parts in other musicals and studying music and singing at Rytmus
High School, she quickly realized that her voice, and passion, was in soul and RnB.
While performing around Stockholm, Brussels and after several inspirational trips to
New York, where she was presented on stage at many well-known open mic clubs,
she finally found her unique sound.

Melodies by Us was her first soul and RnB studio experience witch led to her first
release of her own songs.
After that she started writing and working at “Toytown Studios” together with producer Stefan Brisland Ferner.

This past three years Tanya started working together with producer and song writer Peter Bruhn.

The 27th of august 2013 they released her debut single (expired link) on their new founded label Soul Leaf Music.
Soul Leaf Music was founded by Tanya and Peter with hopes of signing new talented soul, R&B and pop artists around the world, and Tanya is the first artist to release music on the label.
(expired link) was in only a few hours #2 on the Swedish soul/RnB topsong charts on iTunes.

Tanya and Peter has Done collaborations With international artists such as soul singer Larry Johnson.
Larry is a singer and artist from Detroit who was one of the members in the soul group Richard Street's The Temptations, former lead singer of the legendary The Temptations.
Tanya and Larry recorded a duet with the title "Bump That Noise" released worldwide the 15th of november 2013. The same day the song was #1 on the swedish itunes soul/R&B topsong list charts. They will also work on more tracks together for her up and coming album.

Tanya has also worked with the songwriter and singer George Cole on tracks for her debut album.

TANYA's first EP "locked in My mind" is available on all digital Music stores!
The EP was #1 on the swedish iTunes album chart.

With soul music in her heart and RnB and Pop in her mind Tanya is now ready to Together with her great team finalize her first solo album. The first step of what is going to be a very long
journey!
