Refreshing and different
If the Doors and INX were to give birth to an artist this is how it may sound. It is different in the way that Jim Morrison was different and unique to the 60's. The singing and approach brought to mind INX but with a better approach. When the song first started I was like Okay what is this but the little guitar part captured my interest. It started building and when the singer finally started singing I thought Wow no this guy can sing. I think that is why Morrison and INX came to mind the sing had that same quality and charisma. This is unlike the generic dribble you would hear if you turned on your radio, this is real music and the kind of music that should have evolved out of the 80's and 90's rock. It's edgy and not a full on rock song but something different and exciting that pulls you in and makes you listen. How these guys have not been discovered and signed already amazes me. To all the record companies out there "SIGN THESE GUYS UP" if this is a sample of the music they produce then I can't wait to hear more. The band was in the pocket and the sound was tight and the singing was just fantastic. As a singer myself I am jealous of just how good this guy sounds. I was totally blown away and when I saw they were from South Africa I was even more impressed. These guys have to be bigger in South Africa than the Sugar Man was when his records were being played. It is becoming clear to me that the bands around the world have kept rock alive and well and taken it in a new direction as evident as soon as you listen to this song. Templeton, keep up the good work and keep on rocking. I can't wait to hear what's next from you and I'll be waiting with baited breath to hear it.

Templeton - Galactic Rider
Something different from one of my favourite bands on NumberOneMusic Templeton who hail from Barrydale in South Africa. Excellent vocals as always and a track driven by a driving drum beat and synthesiser effects, augmented by some atmospheric guitar and a fabulous synth keyboard lead break in the middle of the song. The track builds to a tremendous climax utilizing multi tracked vocals, a searing lead guitar and that aforementioned driving rhythm. Great song, great structure. Check Templeton out.

scratchy
I like the intro and continued picking guitar, has a little U2 feel to it nice song the bass could come up a little bit and the drums are a little to high end in spots but the song is very good,

Galactic Rider is an amazing song. Wish there was more songs like this on the radio. Much better than most of the major label music coming out. The drums and guitar really swing and the synth and keyboard add a nice dimension to this song.

VERY DREAMLIKE BUT WITH AN URGENT VIBE TO THIS SONG PROVIDING THE BACKDROP THERE ARE SOME RATHER COOL PRODUCTION ADDS WITH A TRIPPED OUT STRING SECTION AND OPERATIC MOMENT NOT WHAT YOU WOULD EXPECT BUT THAT IS EXACTLY WHAT KEEPS YOU LISTENING SOME VERY GOOD POINTS TO LIKE HERE AND THIS SONG IS UP TO THE STANDARD OF OTHER SONGS I HAVE REVIEWED WITH THESE GUYS FROM SOUTH AFRICA ANOTHER GOOD EFFORT

Great work you got there and a lot going on in this track. really nice how you build this up, the character of it. It has color, drive. Everything for a fucking great song is there. The beginning is a bit of "what can i expect" but later on when hell breaks out. Outstanding what you did whit the reverb on your voice. loved it, great work. Maybe the song could be a bit longer, to stay in this wall of sound. It really takes me somewhere.

Epic journey
Wow a lot of ear candy that takes the listener on a journey through time and space. The music actually tells a story without any vocals but the vocals enhance the images the song evolves. The beginning is a little choppy with all the complex rythymns being introduced but as the song progresses they find their place. Good mix and good arrangement. Plenty is changes and interesting sounds keep the listener listening. The end is a little rough and could be better. Overall a great effort.

Review of 'Galactic Rider'
A great track which sounds very Kasabian-esque. Well executed though none the less. A very professional sound, well recorded and mixed with a fantastic vocal. Musically interesting, twisting and turning and keeping the attention of the listener, lifting and falling to add very effective dynamics. This track could easily be heard on any radio station just as it is, no need to make any changes to this at all...an excellent piece of work. Loved it...

Nicely done production!
I like the song, especially the production. Good vocal and separation of all the instruments. I'd like to hear more like this. There's almost a psychedelic era style feel to it. Ever hear of the Amboy Dukes? Some similarity in style, but more modern.
