When Love Comes Again Terry Loder
First of all, Hi to my subscribers. It's been a long time between songs, because I couldn't decide if I should keep loading up blues based works or let some of my other natural instincts take over and let you hear what that side of me creates. I decided to let it all show. So this song may surprise anyone who has paid attention to previous submissions. Expect a departure from my signature blues base, but the emotion and DNA of this writing style has been there all along. In me. What is it? I don't like the question at all but it's one the marketing people can't resist.
So, while the raw delivery of my blues is not influencing this song, the place it comes from is exactly the same.
The title may lead you to conclusions. Don't fall for it. Don't expect this to be another tired "my baby left me" broken heart story. So, you may say to yourself; "I got this. The guy got burned." But you'd be wrong.
Nobody figures this song for what it really is the first time. No, I'm not trying to be mysterious. It was meant to be a positive vibe about a tragic situation. it's actually about love that just won't quit. But it isn't because they decided not to stay together. As you listen, ask yourself, what other scenario fits this lyric AND the storyteller's positive back story?
Clue: This isn't a breakup song. But he needs to give her up.
Then, what happened to her?
You figure it out. Remember; he's got to be ready - - - When love comes again. I hope you like the thought.
Thanks for letting me ramble.
