Tha Deal(Tremain Davis) was born in Waco Texas and raised in Marlin Texas bka M Square. He started rapping when he was in the sixth grade with a couple of class mates. He did a couple of talent shows at school but wasn't really serious. Shortly after around 2001. He started a group with his cousin Tu Shae bka Fat called Cross Track Clique. Which consisted of 20 people. They were the first to do a rap concert on stage in the Marlin erea @ a local club called The Hitchin Post. That fell apart and everyone went their seperate ways.The Deal never really stopped cause he was serious then and had a dream to persue. He got with another local rapper named Lil Yella and continued to to write record and sell underground cd's. Furtheremore he was solo and was determened to get heard. Around 2005 him and his two cousins Tu Shae and B Jay Ary bka Jimmy started a group called Ken Folk 254. They did a handfull of shows and sold around 500 cd's. The group broke up but Tha Deal and Tu Shae stuck together and brought about Money boys 254. They did great!! Money Boys 254 filmed a dvd called City 2 City vol 1 which had a soundtrack also. They traveled to different cities like Austin, Houston, Hearne, Calvert, Bremond, Waco, and Dallas. Just to name a few.Finally they dicided to go solo but stay on the same team which is Buckle Up Ent, Tha Deal is still going strong right now today. Tha Deal started a family label called Shelley Boy Ent. In 2011 he had a song on the radio station 104.9 tha beat by the name of Get To Know Me. Last year Tha Deal won several talent shows for cash prizes in the DWE Talent Show Tour. In 2013 he tried out for a reality show called Rep Ya City.
