So what’s new with The Abbeystills ?
Quite a lot really !
The last three “The Abbeystills” albums were recorded with “Sound Management Corporation”, a Distributor/Record label based in the North of Italy, (all these albums and individual songs are available for purchase via N1m on iTunes !).
What support they gave us was welcome, the problem was they promoted club and dance music and anyone that has heard “The Abbeystills” will be aware that it is not really our genre !
We decided that it would be better to do everything ourselves, we have a new album almost completed a combination of new songs, finished songs and remixes that we will have to somehow sell to keep us in the game !
The fact that Alessio is in Italy and we are in Scotland makes live performance quite difficult.
We are planning on selling the album maybe via Bandcamp or imusician – more info to follow.

Hi, thanks to everyone for their support and kind words, like all musicians we do need money to promote and record our material and everyone can get our material quite easily, just go to Itunes search under "The Abbeystills" and you will find our last three albums, "Here and Now", "Did You" and "23:59". All the material we upload on link, comes from these albums although we are in the process of recording some new material and get some photos and artwork completed.

Who are "The Abbeystills"? well we are three, Graham, song composition, guitar and keyboards, Gordon on keyboards, arrangement, mixing and production, Valentina on vox and keyboards. We have used other people as and when required.
We are based in Edinburgh, the "Festival" city and have a "Distribution" deal with an Italian company, Sound Management Corporation, that's where Valentina comes in, she is Italian. Our last three albums, "23:59, Did You and in the Here and Now" are all recorded with their backing and are available on iTunes, although we have decided that we will promote ourselves re our latest material. Hope you enjoy the songs and keep playing them !!
