Hey Everyone :) As always, sorry about the long silence.

I wanted to address everyone who's been requesting the buy link for my album and, unfortunately, it's not out yet BUT it will be in the coming months. Thank you all for the resounding support!

I'm a very finicky person when it comes to my music as it's my release and helps me to quantify emotions that I struggle to express outright. With this being something that I won't compromise: it takes me a while to feel that a composition is "Worthy" as the perfect sound in my head is not achievable with my current gear limitations.

So, I have found a sound engineer who has an awesome analog style that I will be working with to assist with the production of my coming album. This means a great many things including the drastic improvement of the mix, vocal quality and guitar quality. I don't ever want to put something out, that is for money, that is anything less than "Worthy" in my own (expired link) of my music are true fans, and know that I write from the heart, so I'd give nothing less to them.

With this coming up, I hope you all know how much you have helped keep me going with your kind words and inspirational stories. This album is for you, from me, and I can't wait to get it out to you.

SO, some exciting news.
I sent in "The End" to an online radio station a few months back (as I've done for numerous tracks over the years) and didn't expect anything back, really.
I got an email a few days ago thanking me for the submission and letting me know that it's been playlisted but that there is a voting system that can help keep the track running.

Guys. With your help: I could actually become a name here in South Africa by virtue of this station, as it's quite popular.

Now, I know I've not really said much in the last few months but we'll get there with time. :)

I hope you are all settling into the new season well. It's been chilly here in SA.
Anyway! Many works are in the works and I'll be sure to get that out as soon as I'm happy with them, which brings me to my main point for the mail.

I would like to call on any who are of the means to put something toward me getting a sound card, midi controller and microphone. I currently use a 5 year old behringer guitar link (which crackles like there's no tomorrow) and my cellphone mic so my mix quality is horrible going in.

I've not got a patreon or anything such, unfortunately, so anyone who can help: I'm happy to receive EFT's and really want to get started on TRULY mixing and playing with effects with high quality samples.

I don't often ask for help but I can't manage to pay for the stuff at the moment, or in the foreseeable future, and I'll be sure to list whomever contributes to an eventual album in the credits, black and white.(Once I've ironed out the kinks of the songs that'll make it onto the record). // If you like the music: I'll keep making it :)

With this, you will also get a signed copy of the album when it releases.
Plans are for within this year.

PS: Attached is the first song I got the chance to do with mic'd acoustic kit, piano, guitar and awesome mixer for my laptop to aux into, to give you an idea of where I might go, musically. I want to start doing more rock, uptempo stuff like journey number 5 but more diversity in the chords.

Hi everyone.
Sorry about it being such a long time since my last message. It's been a crazy start to the year, as I'm sure it's been for you.
BUT: I'm somewhat back and have been working on some cool new ideas. Hopefully I'll be able to share them with you soon!

For now: I have just uploaded 5 new tracks. These vary from totally electronic to fully rock but are all rather old pieces of mine (I'd say a good 4 years for the youngest) so sorry about the general production quality.

Anyway, I hope you like them. Please do let me know what you think and how you guys have been :)

So, this is a new song I'm going to start working on for a full production (Like my other tracks).

Hey guys and gals :)

I've been hard at work, going through some pretty heavy emotions as of late.
There is such a variety of things that it's hard to put my finger on them.. Which is why the next track I'll release is titled "Crazy".

This is a very specific story that pertains to relationships and frustrations one can have within them without vocalizing. The effect is that of an internal storm of self-doubt and then realization but it has further than that, of course. I don't usually write in a straightforward way and this is no different.

For those of you who are having a tough time with the people in your life: I hope this helps express that for you as it has helped me get some of it out of my gut and into the world.

This is an exceptionally rough piece as I just needed to get it out. It was a single vocal take, a single guitar take on each, and so forth so it's not meant to be professional quality: just an honest expression.

I've been getting emails and DM's like you cannot believe and it's been incredible to speak to you all about my music and how how it has been moving forward.

Again: a huge thank you. I can't tell you how it feels to wake up in the morning and to see hundreds of plays a day. I just, it's like a dream.

So, moving on. (getting all teary haha)
As expected, my burst of creativity hit me a day or two ago and I've been working on about 4 projects for The (expired link) since it did so.

Based on what most of you have said: you really enjoy my more rocky, story-telling kind of songs and I have taken that to heart.
I have many stories left to tell, so keep an eye out for more on it's way.

For now: this is Journey Number 5.

I hope you enjoy it as much as I enjoyed making it. I had so much fun with every aspect of this piece.
The lyrics came as though it was spoken to me and the guitar fell into my hands, as well. A gorgeous writing process.
The production itself was tricky, as it always is with my limited gear, but I have a few pieces coming that will amp my quality ten-fold. Really looking forward to that.
