About The Allstar Project

Born in 2001, The Allstar Project come up aiming for honest and real music, there is no hope to achieve the traditional rock bands goals. With a hard nucleus of three guitars that dialogue with a bass and a drum played by musicians with jazz formation, "Your Reward... A Bullet" (the debut record, released in October 2007 in Portugal) advances since the first song with firm steps, armed of distortion. With bursts of noise and intensity, nervous and powerful discharges that give place to beautiful melodies.
Filed under the category of classics like Mogwai, Explosions in the Sky and Godspeed You! Black Emperor. TAP obtain in this sonic mix, a sound that sends them for a cinematographic and visionary language.
Inside of the universal language as it is the instrumental music, one of the key moments that make this, a stand alone record in its geography, happens in “Frienemies” where it complains its Portuguese origin: where suddenly we can hear FADO! And the respectful transition that from there happens to the most familiar universe of the executants in the field of distortion, denounces the talent of this band and makes this record a constant search for emotions.
This is the first full length of TAP, the signal of maturity that they came to be prepared, step by step after two previously self-released Ep's
