Paul Kay was born in the epic era of '69 in South East London, England. His interest in music was sparked by the likes of Michael Jackson, Bob Marley, Pink Floyd, Whitney Houston, Rebel Mc, & in later years, Enigma, Hybrid, Rudimental, Richard Dorffmeister, Way Out West, Chicane, Enya, Omar Lay, Ed Sheeran ,,to name but a few !
He went on to start mixing his love of music as a Dj, performing at private house parties, (then !)illegal raves, occasional clubs etc. As well as performing on online radio stations extensively as they appeared.
Feeling the energy of all the harmonies, beats, weird sounds that made up all his favourite producers creations, he embarked on his own road to tone his craft & make it flow in the way he could see it. With no prior musical training or guidance, Paul managed to create some questionable early songs, which although basic, would set his already musically curious mind, racing, toning & crafting, then producing those sounds.
Paul, as a Dj,& now as a producer has had so many genre influences, Drum & Bass, Reggae, Techno, Trance, Deep House, Classical. R&B, Hiphop, Dubstep along with so many others. This has set the tone in his creations, which are greatly infused by all of these musical influences.
