This is a very well done performance. It is not just the production of the song, but the foundation and delivery of whet the song represents. There are a lot of good songs that just get heard, this however, lands. Great job!

Nice, easy song. Good background music. Everything sounded right. My only constructive criticisms are that it could do with a mid 8 just to break it up a bit, also the lyrics don't seem to go anywhere which probably wouldn't bother most people, just something I always look for !

A very proper produced piece of contemporary rock/pop music. Especially the drum sound is outstanding good. I also like the parallel lead voices. The song structure is clear and conservative, no unnecessary gimmicks or prolonging parts in here. Only thing I miss is sort of a kick, something that really catches my ear. The chorus hook line is a bit too unspectacular, it doesn't stand out against the verses, and it's a bit short as well. The guitar solo is ok but is lacking the same. No peak, no dynamic increase, nothing that shouts: Hey, listen, I'm here and I've got something to say!

This song was not a sound that I was expecting,, it started with the intro which was to be expected and then with the vocal intro it took me away! Right then and even from that early on I could say that I was pulled in and truly a fan,, the combination between the instrumental and vocals is a treat for anyone wanting to take the time to listen and hopefully become a fan! 'New York' was well put together and I can say that in my opinion this band, 'The Relentless' has the potential to really go places!

I love the piano intro, very sweet and inviting... The rhythm has a cool swaying movement to it, and works well with the lyrics. The vocals are wonderful, good delivery and the harmonies are a plus! The guitar solo is very cool, and the organ fills in the cracks O so nicely... The lyrics of this "story song" are the kind I have to hear a few times to digest, but that's a good thing... this song is worth hearing again and again to process the details. The dynamics in this song are as good they get! The drums and overall mix are top notch... The vocals to music mix/balance is spot on. Putting a "question" in your song, "When will I see the Light' is powerful, and makes the song very personal. I love this song from beginning to end. I would love to see you perform this someday in a "live setting". I'm a fan for sure... This song does what all great songs do, IT MAKES ME WANT TO HEAR MORE. It is often said that we must be careful of what we ask for because we might just get it. So many of us spend our lives longing for something that we think we want, but do not truly understand. This song held my attention for a number of reasons. I am a fan of piano/organ combination music so it had me from the beginning. The voice was strong and clear and expressed the emotion of the lyrics authentically. The lyrics themselves were a testimonial to a yearning that is common to all who have ever suffered, to all who have ever been lonely or lost, to all who have been waiting for something or someone special to "happen", and to all who have loved. A deeply personal song written from a distance, but with courage and faith that dreams do come true. Great Work!

She has a lovely and compelling voice, which she uses well to tell this story. It's a story of her struggle for a behavior that is in line with what she feels is right rather than what she is drawn to in relationships. This should well resonate with many especially young women who find themselves in relationships that are just not right for themselves. It should be found compelling to those who love Christian music as well because of the undertone of choosing light over darkness as well s the lyrics that ask for direction and strength for God. The vocal, as nice as it is, could be better presented if well produced by a top producer that can bring out the polish and clean up the few rough spots. That would make it far more likely to get radio play in various genres. I look forward to hearing more for this talented artist.
