This newsletter is a little late, but the biggest news is that our 11 song album, “Paper Street” that was released August 1 on Revlis Records, is officially entered for Best Rock Album for the 67th Grammy Awards, FYC. This is a big step for us! We have attached the official Grammy notice, and we have to thank WOA International and WOA Entertainment Group for officially representing The SILVERS at the Grammys.

On the video front, Randyl Bishop and Juan Carlos Quattordio are hard at work on a new animated one for “My Christmas Wish”. It’s scheduled for a November 2024 release on YouTube. In the meantime, go up and have a look at all of our other videos, both animated and live. You’re sure to find something you’ll like!

With the start of September, there are many high notes. Our followers are growing by leaps and bounds!

In July we released an animated video of “Another Trip Around The Sun” on our link channel. And in April we released “Something’s Wrong” animated video. Both songs are on our “Paper Street” LP. Special thanks to animators Randyl Bishop in Atlanta and his partner, Juan Carlos Quattordio, in Argentina!

We wanted to give a BIG SHOUTOUT to Oliver Sean and WOA FM 99 Podcasts for airing so many of our new songs from our new album. WOA has been a big supporter of The SILVERS and other indie artists for many years!

May was an exciting month. We finished recording the basic tracks for 7 songs which are now with our producer, Stuart Epps. “Paper Street” should be out by July 1. We have also been inundated with new fans from Radio Airplay (Jango) and NumberOneMusic!

We missed the March newsletter because Mick was on a South American ocean voyage for 3 weeks right into the middle of the month.

We have the first 6 of our songs for the next LP, “Paper Street”, and will be sending them over to our producer, Stuart Epps. David Kessner, our studio engineer, has done some keyboard work on a few of them. You’ll have to check our liner notes to see who did what on these recordings.

Hello friends,

We hope you had a wonderful holiday season and are now looking forward to 2024 like we are.

Looking back, a lot of great things have happened for the band in 2023. Here are just a few highlights:

. In February 2023: ���I���m Dancing��� Again��� was re-recorded and released. Today it tops our YouTube video channel at #1 with over 81,000 views!

. In March 2023: The Silvers went into the studio to record our 4 song EP, ���Mosaic���, which was released in May..

. August 2023: The Silvers were inducted into the AKADEMIA Hall of Fame.

. August 2023: The ���Edge Of The World��� video was released on YouTube and has gotten over 75,000 views.

. November 2023: the above-mentioned video won best Rock Music Video.

. November 2023: Our annual Christmas song, ���Cosy As Can Be (Beside The Christmas Tree)���, was featured in an animated video on our YouTube channel.

. December 2023: The Silvers began recording 6 songs for their new album, ���Paper Street��� which will be released on Revlis Records in 2024.

These are just a few of the accomplishments from last year. We hope you keep watching for new music from The Silvers!
