Hey everybody! Just wanted to drop a line and wish everyone a fantastic fall-- there are a lot of changes afoot here at SDHQ, as our amazing vocalist Ferima Faye has gone off to university in Spain. We'll be holding auditions to find a successor (not a replacement!) It's going to be a tough selection process, but the great thing about NYC is, there are tons of vocalists looking for opportunities. At any rate, once we line up a new vocalist, we'll start playing more gigs . . . hopefully, in various spots around the country and the world. Hope to meet every one of you in person at some point soon!

Hi everyone!

Just wanted to drop a line and wish all of you a happy spring-- things are off to a rolling start here at SDHQ, with a choice parody video in the works, and some new originals coming up as well. I had a fantastic, productive time at the ASCAP Expo in Los Angeles, where I learned a lot from the panels (including the great Bill Withers' hilarious keynote speech) and got in some solid networking. I'm back on the East Coast now, ready to keep the creative juices flowing. If anyone has an idea or a funny anecdote that you think would be a good subject for a song, don't hesitate to send it my way-- I'm an observer of the human condition, so I'm always open to creative suggestions!
