Hey everyone! Apparently we've earned enough points to send a letter. So we'll make it good.

First off, we went to Seattle, WA to record with Jack Endino! He did Nirvana's Bleach and Incesticide! He let David track his guitars with Kurt Cobain's old amp! The album is called Punching Cows and it's available everywhere online (aside from Pandora... yet) for your pleasure! If you wanna help us out to make more music you can buy it maybe? :-)

And we got a new bassist! He's a 6'6" ex-marine who bakes the sweetest chewy chocolate chip cookies! :-)

Hi ya guys and gals! This is David from the Vanilla Milkshakes. Hopefully by now you've heard our new album. :-)
We made like 30 custom hand cut lathe EP records (they're clear AND square! :-D ) and we have like 3 left! If you want it you can be one of the only 30 people in the world to own it! :-D
And after this Meep Records record sells out we'll make a Meep Records lathe with different songs and release them through K Records! :-D
Physical copies (CD's/Tapes/Vinyl) will hopefully be a reality soon. Can't speak much more about it at this time though. Secrets... shh... ;-)
If any of you reading this want to help us out we're on every streaming site (aside from Pandora) and we get royalties per stream... not a lot by any means, but still if any of you guys could put something from us in your playlist we'd love you forever and give you hugs at shows! :-)
Mainly we want to get a little more royalty action so we can pay the dough to let you have more than 500 people on your mailing list. If you want to be on our mailing list on Reverbnation that one's already up and able to have a hundred thousand people. Plenty room for everyone! :-D

Hi ya guys! We aren't quite sure what to make of (expired link) but apparently you all liked our earlier stuff and we're ecstatic to see that! Sorry we forgot about this site and you guys. :-)

Not that we'd forget

We did a new album with Calvin Johnson (Beat Happening / K Records) alongside assistant engineer and mixer extraordinaire, Paul Krogh and soon to be mastered by Jack Endino (he recorded Nirvana's Bleach and most of Incesticide) and add some jazzy finger snaps to a track as well! He's such a nice guy. They all are. And they're more modest than you'd think (Jack still drives a beat up Buick) and totally approachable. :-)

So anyways, this album will come out digitally (Spotify, iTunes, Beats, and pretty much any place online) and a tape release in August (hopefully) with a vinyl and CD release in either December or at the most by the fourth month of the new year... but we'll definitely have all four for the tentative tour with Lez Zeppelin next year. Also we got their manager and we killed it at the Westword Music Showcase this year! :-D

Check out our Reverbnation site for two new umastered songs from the new album! Remind you they'll sound a bit different after mastering. Bigger and cutting is the idea. :-)
