The Wanton Notes -
Original band from Lagos de Moreno Jalisco Mx.
Members: Ricardo Lamas - voice, guitar, piano / David Nicolaccio - guitar @ The band started in 2014 when singer/songwriter Ricardo Lamas met lead guitarist David Nicolaccio in Lagos de Moreno Jalisco Mx. . Fueled by a mutual interest in alternative, progressive rock, Jazz, funk and music composition. The two
began composing and recording original material at each others homes ‘It became clear right away that they had something worthwhile after the first few songs and rehearsals. Seemed af if it just musically clicked. The vibe implemented the time was just right to keep forth creating their own sound.
The band was soon joined by drummer/ Levi Diaz, who spiced
up the mix with both his powerful style of playing and jazzy latin flavored beats. ‘At first it was just very entwined sounds but when Levi came along they started
breaking into the far more experimental ream of music. The combination worked, and it gave The Wanton Notes the unique edge that defines the band’s sound.
