Really good recording, sound recording is of good quality, vocal is really on track for this song. Excellent musicians playing on this track, definitely radio ready! Should get a lot of air play!

You can always depend on T.J to deliver a solid country music product and this number is no different. The song is down the middle country and the lyrics are certainly tear jerking. The song is a good effort but I have to say the sound and delivery is much like many others I have heard. The band is right on cue with a good arrangement for the style of the song but again it's in the style of middle of the stream Nashville sound. That's not a bad thing but it can sometimes penalize an artist if they are trying to make a piece stand out for it's uniqueness and one of a kind hook sound. The vocals are done with the right amount of style and mix and keep you in the song to the last measure. This effort is one that if promoted a certain way and with the right timing could get a fair amount of air play simply because it's the type of music you like to listen to. Even though it a first cousin to other endeavors I still give it good marks because of the quality of everything that went into this rendition. Nice job T.J.

I'm not really an expert in your genre, but I've got an ol' vinyl live album by the Pure Prairie League which I love listening to, and your song would perfectly fit into their set list. It's all in: fine guitar craftsmanship, a steel guitar as well, the song's got a catchy groove and quite a good tempo, and the harmony vocals are kicking in where they should. Keep on rockin' TJ!

This sounds like a great honky tonk two stepping beer drinking, foot stomping, guitar picking, heart hurting, tear jerking, bundle of fun, sing along song. Bringing it back to the back bone of country. Great job.

Great, rocking tracks. Good songwriting. Fine lyrics. The band is certainly driving this one home. There is a lot going on between the steel and electric guitars and the piano, which is fun to listen to. The interesting arrangement and great mix are absolutely convincing so that the listener wants to replay this nice song right when it's over. At a couple spots, TJ's fine-sounding voice strains a little on the high notes. Might be just a matter of body posture when he sang it. But foot tapping taps it away easily... Other than that- sweet!

Great song, without doubt. The structure of this song is a classic country rock song. If you need to listen to a country song, this is what you need. The rythm is cheerful and lively. The music flows and when the song is over you have really want to hear it again. The execution is impeccable. the musical instruments are well balanced. About the voices, they blend perfectly with the rest of the song. The three solos are nice, not excessive, without emphasizing the instrumental technique that, however, is evident throughout the execution. Without any doubt this is a great song. Frank Found

The song takes me back to Nashville- the bars on Broadway and the best bands in the world. You could take your band and this song and make your stand there anytime. The lyrics are always the key to a good country song and yours are Hank Williams good. Lead guitar needs a shout out -and the Lap Steel also - First rate players. I would think everybody gets up to dance everytime you play this song.

Traditional somewhat Alan Jackson style. Good country dancing song for a band as the lyrics are relatable and audience specific. I would not consider it radio ready as it is but could be with a bit more orchestration and mixing. Great effort TJ.

Lookey HEAH!!! I'm talking about hookey lines, flaming' guitar riffs, and a boot scoot'n rhythm that just won't quit! TJ's really got a great one here! This is an anthem to all of those people who really appreciate an old school down and dirty country song where the repo man's got yer pickup, yer best friend's got yer girl, your dog just up and died, and mama was just got hit by a train. The desperation in his vocal performance is undeniable in this song and the musical interplay between the Telecaster, pedal steel, piano, and fiddle leads is put together like a pre-1970's Chevrolet. The production quality has captured the true essence of this songs character in it's entirety and what a character that is! Not much else to say here. This song's a winner from the first note. Sing it TJ...tell it like it is, brother ;)
