I have produced a new song called WI-FI ZOMBIES which can be seen and heard on N1M. It is a rock song which is quite a bit different than the jazz tunes I usually recorded. I guess that as I get older, I return a little bit to my roots. There is also a YouTube video:

This zombie comedy spoof highlights the ever-growing obsession with cell phones that has gripped the world. Even though there are zombies in the clip, the positive message serves as an alert to those addicted to their cell phones.
This song and video feature the incredible Marcelo Soares on the bass guitar.
This video also features my mom (Francis Murphy) on the organ.

About Toddy Murfi
Toddy has a long musical career that spans the United States and Brazil. While he spent most of his years as a trombonist, composer, arranger, and conductor of popular music, nowadays, he is producing rock, and Christian music and videos. Toddy is also a band director at a local Christian school and recently completed a Doctorate in Music Education. Toddy lives with his wife in Oklahoma and frequently spends time at his house in Brazil. While in Brazil, Toddy actively does shows with the Toddy Murfi Bigband.
