Hey y'all
Hope this finds you well!!!
Tommy Weir has seen himself achieve minor successes in the way of live shows, support slots and inclusion of his own songs on New Band and Artists albums. From picking up the guitar and teaching himself the basics, Tommy was just interested in achieving the goal of actually just writing 'a song'. Something he became entranced by was the way music could take you away from the here and now, after seeing and hearing Oasis in his early teens it re-awakened the child in him and remembered 'anything is possible, there were never any and there are no boundaries'
He got to the final and was a runner-up in the Guitar Hero2004 competition in Glasgow. His song Nothing was then included on The Big Indie Comeback Album released by Matchbox Records. He's played a few great festivals and also most recently supported Sharleen Spiteri of Texas at Oran Mor in Glasgow and also played a support slot for Chris Helme(ex-The Seahorses) and Mark Morriss(The Bluetones) at the Denny Civic Theatre in his hometown of Dumbarton.
