Performing since the age of 4, Tora began her career as a solo artist and was writing songs by the time she was 8. At 10, she recorded her first EP and was producing and choreographing a stage show sh A legend in her hometown of Tucson, Arizona, there are few people who don't know who Tora is. Her appearance on season 5 of American Idol along with frequent appearances on the Fox affiliate KMSB and interviews by other local media outlets, garnered Tora a reputation as a local celebrity. Performing since the age of 4, Tora began her career as a solo artist and was writing songs by the time she was 8. At 10, she recorded her first EP and was producing and choreographing a stage show she performed all over Arizona. Fronting 3 popular Tucson bands, Tora became known as a vocal powerhouse who could combine soulful runs and pop melodies with hardcore screams...and actually make it work.
Over the past year, Tora came to the realization that being a solo artist is where she excels. The freedom to create and perform her own music and contribute to other projects, will allow her to develop as an artist. Tora has taken her career to a new level and is engaging herself in everything that inspires her.
