I, Xander, am the founder of Tower of Silence (TOS). Since 2001, TOS has been an "off-and-on" project depending on the time I was capable of devoting. I grew up mainly listening to classical music, Chris Isaaks, and weird shit like Manheim Steamroller and Seamus Egan - the radio being strictly controlled by my strict mother. When I reached the age of rebellion, I immersed myself in rock and metal as well as various forms of electronic music which I have always loved. Eventually, I went off to college, studied Musical Theater and Classical Voice, and traveled abroad performing in both opera and rock bands.
