An Irish/Kiwi - born in Ireland, came to New Zealand with his family at age 15.
A multi instrumentalist - plays most of the instruments on all of his recordings - and a brilliant singer/songwriter.
Has toured the world, both as a session musician and a solo artist. Had a song played on World of Country, hosted by Paul Hazell, out of the (expired link)., on the 9th May this year (2021). Is currently playing out of several radio stations here in New Zealand and has a fan club in the States from Radio Airplay.
Travis is a songwriter extraordinaire - never writes a note down, just the chords on his lyrics. Plays acoustic, electric, slide, bass and Hawaiian guitars, drums, Irish fiddle, mandolin, harmonica, piano, saxophone and penny whistle. A very talented musician.
