About Triton
Triton came from the ashes of Rock band Damsel Down. After singer Dave Burke decided to pursue other musical interest, that left the rest of Damsel Down wondering what to do. After A lengthy audition process, it was clear that Damsel Down would not continue. As a result Darrin "Skip" Craft, decided launching a new band from the ground up was a bit more than he wanted to endure at the time. That left Kyle Spidel and Jim "JT" Clardy alone, to start a new.
Longtime friend of Kyle and Damsel Down, Andy Allen was first to enter the fold taking over duties on Bass. Andy brought friend Chris Rich to fill in on vocals until a suitable singer would be found. After just one rehearsal Chris came back with what would be Triton's first song "Warrior". Surely just being a fluke the band continued to look for other singers as Chris penned song after song to Kyle's riffs. After a couple weeks it was clear who Triton's lead singer was. By July of 2013 Triton had a formitable set list and was ready to bring it to the people.
In late July of 2013 Trton entered the studio recording 7 tracks with a lead single "One" that would be released for airplay on 9/1/13. To date no tracks are available for purchase. Triton's fb page was launched on 9/8/13 found at (expired link). More info, music, and future show dates will updated soon so stay posted!
