Hello everyone, we hope you are all doing well! We just wanted to share some Type 14 news. We were planning on recording some new music for release in 2022, in fact new songs have been written and were ready to go. However, with the state of the world and some other issues, we will not be recording any material at this time. We apologize for the unfortunate news. So as of right now, all future plans have been put on hold. If Type 14 does not move forward, we want to thank each and everyone of you for supporting us over the years. We truly enjoyed reading all of your messages and want to thank you for all of your kind words. We are very happy that our song Crave touched so many of you. Hopefully we will get back to the studio, but if we do not, we are very proud of what we accomplished over the years and thank you all for including our music in your lives. Stay well and always remember to support the musicians who provide the music that you enjoy!

Hey everyone, I uploaded some songs. We hope that you enjoy them. Also, if everyone is not aware, Type 14 disbanded in September 2016, but we have decided to get back together and get back to work again! Hopefully we will have some new music in the near future!

I want to personally thank everyone for listening and sharing our songs and keeping them as #1 or in the top 10 for Hard Rock! Crave was always #1 or in the top 5 for such a long time and I never thought we could top that, but you listened to Conversation so much it took over the top spot! You are awesome and I can't thank you enough!!!

Their commanding stage presence and high energy live show has caught the attention of many during performances with Mudvayne, Type O Negative, Sevendust, Dope, Cold, Mushroom Head, Oleander, Relative Ash, Primer 55, Isle of Q, (expired link)., Caroline Spine, Quiet Riot, Tesla, Lynch Mob, Ratt and many others. Jade Scott provides aggressive and melodic lead vocals along with complimentary guitar work; Ray Cantoral provides searing guitar work and backup vocals; and Chris Metzger and Brian Muth provide the aggressive drumming and bass needed to complete their modern, innovative sound.
