j'aime votre musique
j'apprécie ce que vous faites, le chant la guitare, cette intimité dans la musique bravo, la musique alternative est vaste therme, mais la musique acoustique reste toujours un plaisir à écouter.

La Bufadora
Hello Veil. This is a nice track with a nice surprise at the end. The begining is very simple like a guitarist/singer could do. And as we go ahead, new instruments are coming, extra voices and the final is wonderfull! I love the ambiance and the evolution of your tune. the choir is amazing! I want to listen more! For my personal taste, the voice of the singer need more low EQ to have more presence. I want to listen more of you!

review of Veil
A lovely gentle song ,it sounds to me like south American , i have no idea, but it has that beautiful feel. , The guitar is very melodic and the voice drags you into a cruizy atmosphere as if sitting on a bout on a summer evening a gentle ocean. It was not what I expected looking at the name and image , but that is always a nice surprise , enjoy this song if you want to chill out . After a stressful day , this can trigger your imagination that you are in a summery relaxed environment , where nothing bothers you and you float away..

Simply Life
Hi Veil, La Bufaora sounds very pure and shows the simplyness of life. Thats very cool. Like La Bufadora...it starts very simply and gets stronger and stronger (or more and more).....very good development in the song.

Simply maginficent.
Starting in a softness, veray slowly this melancolic song is wonderfull to me. The arpeggio introducing the song runs all along the way, making the whole song flowing like a quiet river. The intensity rise continuously by the arrival off overlaped and then crossed sweet voices, the (kind off?) mandolin, percussions, and this magnificent final sequence with choirs. Really one of the best songs, smart and subtil, I have heard for a while.

La Bufadora
I really love this song!! It has those acoustic guitar picking notes 3 notes that play over and over through the whole song ..Those notes hit a chord that just pulls on your heart strings and set you in an emotional hopefull mood. Then the lyrics come in , Im not fluent in Spanish.. I can hear some words to I am your mother your father your dog your car then El Sol music emulates the beauty of the sun..light of the sun.. I hear keyboards which raise the emotional level of the song building up with a mandolin..This song is one of my favorite songs on N1M.. I like every song I have heard so far from Veil.. then i hear harmonies of voices blending together beautifully .. I hear a mandolin which blends in adding more dynamics to the song .. To me the song touches deep emotion of the beauty of the sun .. Brings me back to memories of songs from the 1970s. Keep creating more beautiful songs love your inspiring music Veil!!

In your face!!
The average intro to a song 10 years ago was 12 seconds in 2017 it was 5 seconds. So what iI'm saying is.... will a song like this that takes so long to get going will it manage to keep my attention? The answer is NO! Now more than ever before a song needs to grab the attention of the listener within a few seconds. It's OK for an established artist to have a flowery labouring intro but not the unknown artist. Having said that.... you can always risk a spectacular beginning if you want but why make the odds even less in your favour when they are already stacked high against you. I like this song, there's an ambience that pervades through the entire track. My advice. Get the song going as soon as you can.

A Review of ‘La Bufadora’—‘Veil’.
In spite of a good voice, the existing vocal harmony and the stylistic singing mode in the 'La Bufadora' song, there is a lack of authenticity and originality in singing. This is partly in addition to unprofessional close up recording of the vocal line. There is not any significant melodic line and harmonic form. Apart from the meaning of the words, there is no a sensible directional musical motif.

gracias por el regalo !
Hi, this song is very good. I really love the way you built it, giving sounds, one after the other, to allow the listener to enjoy the whole song slowly. I felt i was wandering on a mountain track, with a better sight after each step. Bravo for all the band !

let's take a ride
That's a cool ballad with a good old school guitar and some pretty nice vocals on it. The tune is really nice and simple which is a kind of pop and jazzy, this music is perfect for laying on the grass and watching the sky. it's an invitation to dream and let your mind escape from here for more than 3 minutes. Good waves and peacefull ambiant ! I just regret to not hear so much the keyboard on the back that sound so great at the end.

Pleasant and well-balanced.
This piece has a nice rolling guitar. Later it moves to a faster trilling and adds an organ which is a nice touch. I like the sound of this song and it has some nice metaphors. The song has a nice composition and is balanced well. The vocals are emotional and good for an indie style. I'm not sure how I feel about the ending. I like the sound of the chorus but it seems to drop off the song a bit. Still a nice tune.

Latino Alex Chilton
I wish I understood the lyrics to this song, which has very nice guitar texture and vocal melody. It reminds me a great deal of a Alex Chilton with a little Beatles and Americana thrown in. The Latino feel takes the song in a slightly different direction. Although I couldn't understand the lyrics, they seemed to fit nicely (both rhythmically and emotionally) with the track. I would like to see the vocals come in one measure sooner, and the end feels a little long to me and might need a fade with the organ at the end. Still, this song has great feeling and vibe and is well-worth a listen.

Tasty
I'm glad that i decided to check out more of this band. In my first review, the one thing I felt I was left wanting was a vocal (it was an instrumental). This song starts with a nice acoustic guitar, and right when I assumed that it might become an instrumental again... then the vocals start. I enjoyed the fact that it was not english, as it made me sink into the vibe more than getting distracted by the words too much. They flowed well with the music, but really shone when the song would swell up during the chorus. This band has a nice ability to take a sort of simple, traditional instrumentation... and then suddenly take all the elements and swell them up together to create a moment. The ability to create those moments is what separates a great band from a good one. Really nice work.

I am my mother, the mushroom, the bump...
Firstly I liked it, it's catchy. Translate the lyric of this and you get a really intriguing psychedelic poem. The vocal is very good and draws you in closer to listen. There is a real sense of accomplishment with the harmony. Would love to know the story behind it and I'll be definitely looking at Veil's other stuff. Well worth a listen... roll a smoke first. Google's translation is this... I am my mother The mushroom The bump And the ghost train I am my father my dog My car And my worst enemy Why can not I live in perfect harmony with butterflies and sweet cotton from the sun? Oh no! I sleep my mother Il fungus Il development Il treno fantasma I sleep, Father. My cane My self It's my best night Perché can not live in perfetta harmony with farfalle and cotone dolce luce del sole Mamma mia
