Jars of Jam

Hi Everyone! First let me say THANK YOU for being my fans! I admit I haven't been good about keeping all of you up to date on the progress of my music. My life outside of music has been very busy the last 2 years (which is the main reason my last CD was only a 4-song EP), but that is changing for the better!! Sometime in the future you'll see me drop my name from the title, as we are going to just Jars of Jam. Part of the reason for that is the fact that we're officially adding a female vocalist to the group. Say "hello" to Erica Mata! I'll still do some of the singing, but I won't be the only front-man (err..front-person?). I've toyed with the idea of having a female vocalist from quite some time, and my last 2 CDs each had songs sung by women ("It's True" and "Contradiction"). We're going to have MUCH more of that going forward. I think it adds a whole new dimension to my music! I've found that, unintentionally, I've associated each of my CDs with a body part (Head, Eye, Mustache), so I'm going with that theme. The working title for my next CD is Lips-10 (or "listen"). I have 2 songs already written for it. Not sure if I'll have it done by the summer like I usually do, but I'm going to try :-) Thanks, Victor Montequin & Jars of Jam
