BuzzJack - Entertainment Discussion _ Reviews _ Forever Girl Voodoo Dancer: Forever Girl Reviewed by Urbanfairy on 13 Jun 2016 Voodoo Dancer, a New York collective whose lattice of pop music and soul vibes has started to get people’s attention across the pond, have managed to put together something of a coup. Their new single, ‘Forever Girl’, has been released in two forms. First is the standard radio edit – a version which relies on their pure pop sound and a fundamentally catchy chorus. The second version however, has seen them enlist the help of world renowned producer Eric Kupper to put together a remix which could stand tall amongst anything you might hear on a weekend out clubbing. Kupper, who has worked with Depeche Mode, Goldfrapp, Usher and many more established artists, has taken the smooth pop of the original and built a searing dance tune from its bones. So whether you’re more of a straight up pop fan or looking for a chance to get footloose and fancy free on a Friday night, there’s something here for you.
