About BloodMachine
Inspired by such acts as FLA, Die Krupps, Leaether Strip, Numb, Spahn Ranch, and many others, Chuk {Vox, Axe, Keys, Programming} and Thor {Axe, Keys, Programming, Backround Vox} formed the band "Fierce Culture" in august of 1995 in the industrial park wasteland of Winsted, CT. and released their first EP titled "Misanthropy" in 1998, recorded by members of the punk band 'The Pist'. They immediately caught the attention of local kids in the area and began a small New England tour. This release launched the band into college radio stations, larger venues, and even opening for other industrial outfits like "Bile" on the mainstage at the Webster Theatre in Hartford, CT.
When Thor relocated to New York City, the duo split up and continued to pursue various musical avenues through different side projects.
While Thor played guitar for "Razed In Black" and other bands, Chuk started his goth industrial side project "BloodMachine" and began recording 'Irrational Allegro' in 1999, then writing an entire instrumental album titled "n/a" in 2006, then released some other stuff later that you may be hearing right now.
