About WARDEL

I'm not gonna write my bio in the 3rd person, anymore, haha I'm sick of it....so here goes. My name is Idrise, and I am an artist on a mission to inspire. Texas born, Cali raised, like many others have had to overcome many obstacles growing up in an urban environment. I was also a little brainiac and got bullied for being a "nerd" ... but it's all good! That just drove me to further utilize my gifts! I eventually joined the US Air Force, giving me the opportunity to travel the world and open the door to international exposure and opportunities. As an independent artist, I had the freedom to collaborate with several artists overseas and and assimilate in different cultures and environments. I decided to leave the military after 10 years to fully chase my music aspirations, in Los Angeles, CA. Ultimately, I wants to use my platform as an artist to inspire others to chase their dreams and overcome obstacles just like me! And guess what that does.... inspires others....to inspire others.... and the beat goes on!
