Hi everyone. It's been a long time and so much has happened since I last posted or uploaded a song. I would first like to thank each and every one of you for listening to my songs. You are an encouragement to me beyond that which I can put into words. My mother passed away in September, 2022 at 99 years old. I renovated the house, sold it in April, and in June I moved 500 miles away to the mountains of Virginia. I suffered an injury to my left hand and am still recovering. I just started writing again and I see now that the last year has changed my perspective. This song that I posted today is called "What the Funk!" I hope that you enjoy this wiggly funky instrumental track. I noticed that my writing has changed a bit... still funky, but calmer, if that is possible. Please listen and enjoy. I've been traveling most of January and I have just settled back into work. I would like to thank you for listening to my songs and subscribing to my channel. I am so very grateful for you. I wanted to take the time out to thank you for joining me in this journey. I have been blessed to create songs. Songs that make people emotional, good or bad... Songs that many times come from an experience in my life, or a desire, or a vision of things desired.
In this journey there is no songwriter, artist, composer, that can exist in a vacuum, and no music lover is happy unless there is music available for listening

The last 25 days have been incredible. I returned home from a month-long vacation prepared to use all of the energy stored from a wonderful month of travel. At that time I had less than 14,000 plays. You have done the impossible...over 560,000 plays in 25 days! I have to take a little time to thank each and everyone that listened, shared, subscribed, or added a song to your starred. I believe that God blessed me to encourage me to keep working, creating, writing, mixing, mastering and promoting the music that I am blessed to create. Today I uploaded a song that I updated from a long time ago. It is Funky and the soul of the song got changed in the update. I'm excited to see what God has prepared for the future. I studied pop and classical piano beginning at age four. By the age of 12 I was the organist and vocal instructor for five church groups. I wrote my first song at age 12 and played in bands starting at age 15. I played in the clubs circuit in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Massachusetts, from age 20 to 36 playing original material and R&B I also worked as a studio musician, toured with the recording group Xavier produced recordings, and worked on songs with Clarence Burke from the Invisible Man's Band.
I gave my life to the Lord at 32 years of age, answered the call to ministry at 35 years of age and wrote many songs. I never returned to the club scene and for 20 Years I wrote only gospel. I was the minister of Music at various churches and denominations for 35 years. I also earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Theological Studies and a MA in Christian Ministry.
In 2018 I decided to write, record, produce, sing and play the music that I had written over the years and the new music that continuously comes into my mind. I believe that I am to be a blessing to others and blessed personally by the music and talent given to me by my Lord. I tested the waters by dropping a track in 2020 to learn what I must do. I am now attempting to release as many songs as possible in Pop, Easy listening, Gospel, Rock, R&B, Funk, and combinations of these and other genres into the world. God has saved my life so many times. I believe that music is one of the reasons that I still live. It's all about love.
I started today by dropping a track on Spotify, Amazon Music, You tube Music, and more platforms to come in the next few days. I pray that my life and music will inspire people and bring glory to God.
