He plays in the ensemble "Renaissance", "Flauto Dolce", "Flaklaud", bands "EJO", "Lusters", "Pressing", "Why Kafka?" He has performed on festivals in Europe and the Balkans.

Kosta Paunovic, born in Belgrade, Serbia, in 1999, is a representative of the new wave of jazz in Serbia. He finished the Stanković high school of music before his generation, then entered Berklee's partner faculty in Dublin where he shaped his musical expression. Aleksa Milijanović, drummer, was born in Čačak in 1999. He started playing the drums at the age of 5. He has been an active drummer on the Belgrade jazz scene since 2018, when he entered the Faculty of Music, Department of Jazz Drums in the class of professor Anđelko Stupar. About Why Kafka?
The exact date of making the Why Kafka? band is not knowh to mankind.
It might be so that it is still emerging.
As long as we are in search – we create, as long as we create – we exist.
Music that we make has not yet been named by any of musical genres, except that it is instrumental music. One can feel the influences of the 70's progressive music mixed with the modern sound of present times. People say that the band menaged to put together the Friponian King Crison and the modern J-Dilla. We try to speak the unspekable with eyes wide shut. We call it Storytelling.
The bands debut album was published on 10th October 2017 by Metropolis Music from Belgrade. It's a digital edition of the album and can be found on all known digital platforms such as deezer, itunes, spotify etc... Album consists of 5 tunes, but the band is working constantly on new tunes for albums to come.
