Initially I thought this was going to some backpacker hip hop when I first heard the beat come in. The hook made me think this is some hardcore rnb and then comes the raps. This song is a box of surprises that synergises elements that I probably wouldn't have fused together initially but boy they pull it off. The MC's are not lyrically my usual type of wordsmiths to gravitate to, but when a job is well done because you enjoyed the song nonetheless, you have to give credit where it's due. You can hear old school and new school elements in this track which is successfully bridged together I'm guessing by the producer who deserves credit if he was indeed the orchestra of the whole thing. In the current climate of hip hop I appreciate this effort because the hook could have easily gone the drake route the way the majority do. The singer sounds like like a refreshing rnb talent who gives you that authentic feel like the respected crooners of the 90's without sounding dated. I love street rap and this is a victory for me. Song has a real cool intro but it gets stepped on by the rapper starting his rap to soon. He should have let that beautiful part finish. Later the same thing happens again. The rap after the break loses the cadence of the song in several places. If your gonna do it timing and accepting are everything. This song actually could work without the rap at all as a modern sexual soulful melody with some minor adjustments to the arrangement

That producer's name BH is like a household name. It's been a few niggas who are into music, predominantly hip-hop named BH. I know a guy who worked on Too-Short's album that goes by that name. I was really feeling this track from the jump. Nice smooth intro, with a nice r&b and hip hop feel, that took me back to that old school feel that I really liked. Your style is your greatest asset. The track is dope and the loop ain't bad either. It features a good collection of vocals layered with some cool raps, showcasing all your skills one by one over a funky modern Hip hop groove. With nice delivery on the hook. Try a voice processor and or a hair more effect, reverb and delay it would enhance your awesome vocal skills. Again, just my opinion of course! it might be obvious that you are attempting to up-end the Hip Hop game. You are doing all the right things and creating some great raps with good lyrical content.
