What I like about this song was It came off as genuine and honest. I like that you replace that traditional hook with a prayer and the beat was nice. What needs work is your cadence, and the reason why I said that is you stubble a little on you lyrics trying to keep pace with a slow beat so therefore you might need to doubletime the majority of your songs. I have three suggestions 1. keep the beat that you have and double time it. 2 speed up the beat a (little) and double time on that. 3 double time on a completely different beat. Best of luck to you.
